As label saw the success they wanted to give 1 Thing to JLo, but since it hit UK Radios it would be obvious so they promoted Amerie. Then Touch was released and label didn't promoted other singles as much. Talkin' About does not even have a music video which sucks! Amerie went on tour with Destiny's Child and then Mathew Knowles did his stuff, so later many of the tracks on Beyoncé's B - Day album were produced by Rich. Later Amerie stopped working with Rich, she even did diss track called "Because I Love It" because of stealing her sound and style...after that she was in the shadow of mainstream artists and went independent in 2010...Let's be honest! She would be big if management didn't damage her career, if Rich didn't use HER ideas on other artists and if Label did the right things with her projects....basicaly all of these really hurt her career! I'm still mad when people say that she has no talent or she is not the queen! She most definitely for me is and she should be on much higher level, because first of all - she can sing, her harmonies and riffs are unbelievable and she always deliver something special, not just repeating 3 tones and crappy music like many mainstream artists nowadays...
