I am happy that it could help you Reb! I take me time to build this collection as I wait for discount to buy my art material (except for the red fountain pen, it was a gift from me to me when I reached 2 months without smoking).
@ - you’ve made some excellent choices, and same. I have to be very frugal with my supplies. What a pain. So many art supplies, so little spare money… 😅
Oh great video, Hippo! I love all those fountain pens!!! And I made a new video, about my zines. You inspired me for that, with your video about zines the other day. Thanks so much for reminding me of my ancient love for zines! Of course I mentioned your channel there. Hope you don't mind.
Thank you Ana Paula! I love you video and thank you for mentioning my channel. It is a great video (and I love how your nails matches the main color of your zines 😁)
@@hippofaitdestrucs I see you and me have a lot in commun (the zines love, the colorful nails, ...) Today I posted the english version of the zines video. And this one as a bonus, an "How I made them" part. Of course I gave you credit again. Thanks for the inspiration!
@@anapaulaotero-illustration875 I agree, we seem to have a lot in common 👯♀ I need to prepare for my live session but I will watch your new video after dinner tonight!! I just realized that I haven't subscribed to your channel. I thought it was done since September, sorry 🤦♀
Super interesting video Hippo! I try to use materials that are rechargeable too, it's way better for our wallet and environment. Have you tried to mix your own colours with the Colorex? I once saw a video of someone hacking a Pigma ink fineliner pen to make it rechargeable 😊 can't remember where I've seen but if I find it I will send it to you. I have 2 Copic fineliners but I am heavy handed, their tip is super fragile for me.
Thank you my friend! I haven't tried to mixe my own colours with Colorex inks yet because none of my marker is empty, so I haven't bought ink bottle since I haven't find a discount yet. But still looking 👀😁 I take notes about the Pigma fineliner, thank you. I do agree, the Copic fineliners tips are too fragile, and the thin tube behind the tip is more than fragile and deteriorates itself when you place it in the liner. I don't recommend them at all. That is why is still use the Uni Pin while they still work, my favorite liners, but not refillable.
This is super helpful, I've been wondering about the converters! Also I'm jealous of your collection!
