It's odd how Blizzard is tieing stuff to Clearcasting because they think it's the "main proc" or something, but in practice it's just meh. I think if they tie these buffs to something else (e.g. generating Nether Precision or casting Barrage or something) it might be pretty cool. We'll see if we get more attention than we did in DF alpha/beta.

maybe arcane soul should make missiles AoE and powerful enough to be stronger than NPed ABs for its duration
Maybe because its designed more with fire in mind , like frostfire is designed more with frost in mind.
