Not to mention it was stated in the novel Kong would able to break free from the warbat, the humans only speed up the process. See, I feel like they made Rodan very weak in the Monsterverse, which doesn't make sense with how cool and unique of a redesign he got for the Monsterverse, it feels like something might have happened to move away from what they may have intended to use him for originally.
Honestly if Kong can get grazed by Godzilla's beam and not get vapourized he can hold/punch Rodan without trouble. The only chance Rodan has in this fight is if Kong lets him fly away to safety, if not, Kong will break both his wings. I get most of this train of thought except the GVK intro. I thought it just implied Godzilla had forced them to submit at some point, rather than calculating scenarios of them actually fighting. That's barring the rest of the GVk inaccuracies I keep hearing people bark about. Rodan isn’t getting packed up by King Kong with no weapons. The giant bird has been proven to be stronger than camas. Honestly I hate wingard directing GvK. Bro made it so unfair on Kong. Sedated the entire movie just to look bad. Then after getting shocked the sedation magically disappeared and he was able to fight a robot that was made to be stronger than Godzilla. So now people are like “Godzilla solos Kong would easily die” yea no. The directors soloed. If Kong wasn’t sedated and actually thought during Hong Kong. Kong would at least look more better than what he looked like in the movie.

We definitely need more titans that are as strong as Godzilla. I agree with the outcome but there is one problem. I believe it was the comics that stated how Kong was able to be captured an why the fire knocked him out as kid. His lungs are so big an he requires so much air that he is very susceptible to gas/air born attacks. Therefore Rodan would literally just sucking all the air out around him if the heat didn't kill you. So if rodan just face hugged kong would he die of suffocation?

Depends. Kong is basically a human. Give him the right tools and he can. Furthermore Rodan is not exactly the brightest titan. Kong can also avoid Godzillas radiation beams, which are faster than Rodan. If Rodan can keep it from being a melee fight he can win. The moment he does something dumb, however. I don’t think Rodan could take a punch from Kong and he certainly ain’t survive an axe, war hammer or whatever other weapon. Over all I do agree with you. Unless Kong knows he is going to be attacked and prepared for it. If he gets into an area that can negate Rodans speed and flight, like a narrow pass or a trench. As for taking the impact of Rodan. Yes he could. He fell miles into the hollow earth and survived. If Kong is out in the open, he’s cooked. But this is mostly because of Rodan’s speed and hit and run attacks.

I agree with the outcome but there is one problem. I believe it was the comics that stated how Kong was able to be captured an why the fire knocked him out as kid. His lungs are so big an he requires so much air that he is very susceptible to gas/air born attacks. And this same Ghidorah is stated to be above almost every other Titan aside from Godzilla himself. Which would include Kong, who is at the time, at his peak of physical power. This same Rodan(who you could argue is weaker due to awakening nerf) is able to box with, turn over, and dodge/damage this Ghidorah. Only being one-shot by a gravity beam, which he tanks with zero physical damage anyway. Said Gravity Beam is one-shotting Kong & most other titans. Given Rodan’s scaling to Mothra who also has relativity to a stronger Ghidorah and able to tank a 100x stronger gravity beam combo in a WEAKENED state, which Rodan literally put her IN & nearly KILLED HER, already puts KOTM Mothra at LEAST relative to base Kong. Rodan is able to survive a gravity beam to the face without fatal damage, he in the novels is confirmed able to dig his claws into ghidorah’s skin doing some damage, and well Kong can’t even hurt base Godzilla without weapons even then he only hurt a weakened Godzilla in GvK.
So using a few statements of Kong being second strongest doesn’t mean much, I mean can we prove Rodan is healed after getting blasted by Ghidorah and stabbed by Mothra? We don’t know, I’ll take feats and statements over a few statements that lack any backing evidence.
