I was wondering if you might discuss in a future vlog how you get up there and speak so eloquently at all of these speaking engagements and hosting gigs?! As someone with anxiety, especially social anxiety, I don't know how you do it! 💗

Always impressed with this too. You got the gift of the gab & charm as well. It always flashes me back to your old videos, essentially presenting to us about beauty brands. I would guess all those hours spent speaking to the camera helped you hone your craft. It is awesome to see.

I know you struggle with anxiety at times, (as I do, too) so to see you boppin’ around your photoshoot, then being so present for Effie, then appearing and being so supportive of others and their businesses, as an entrepreneur yourself, this was cool to see. Grateful for your extro in this video that was that gorgeous forest you get to walk in with your dog. You look zen in your last frame. You are allllLll grown up now, Estée. The best is yet to be. Hi🤍 I just needed to say this, I’m a Montreal Canadian girlie that has watched you from your very first video , I’m pretty sure I’ve watched every single video you have ever posted and I’m now 28 years old. I feel like I grew up with you and you are seriously the one youtuber I’ve stuck by throughout all these years. Although I’m never a super vocal subscriber, I just wanted to say I really really admire you and how far you’ve come !! Hopefully one day I can make it to London and visit a mirror water meet and great 😊 Thanks for always putting a smile on my face , lots of love !!

Crate training 100% works for anxious dogs. I have 3 dogs. They each have their own crate which they see as their space/sanctuary. We do crate them when we leave sometimes, and they immediately choose a toy to take in, go in their crates, and sleep. My nervous small dog chooses her crate often during the day when we're all home. So, my guess is, Effie loves having her own space and doesn't mind removing extra fears/abstractions. Little sweet angel
