Not sure you have to remove the rear half of the exhaust to get at the differential bolts to drop the drive shaft. Also, remember to disconnect the line that runs from the brake master cylinder to the slave cylinder connection on the transmission. This was not mentioned in the video. Finally, ensure you know the torque specs for each of the bolts you are removing. Loctite may be required on the flywheel bolts as well. I can't see this being a 4 hr. job for the avg. DIY. Definitely count on a full day or weekend to complete. Can't imagine doing this job with only floor jacks.

I wonder how well this particular clutch held up?
If you freeze frame the video, at 28:48, I'm pretty sure you can see that they forgot to put the block plate back in, before installing the new flywheel.... That gaping hole in the front of your transmission can't be great for keeping dust and debris out of the clutch!

    Hi..
Looking for input on upgrading the clutch and flywheel for my 2014 3.7L.
I am despise my dual-mass flywheel (which vibrates considerably at 2000 RPM), so I'm going with a solid flywheel. I'm leaning towards steel as I don't really race it often (maybe some autocross occasionally) and I feel like an aluminum flywheel might be a little too light for street use. Any thoughts from folks that have made the change?

I plan on building my car to around 600+ horsepower and I am adding parts as I go I just want to know this is a good option to go ahead and get and install now? I only drive about 3000 miles a year I have two other vehicles which I use as daily drivers and going shopping with the wife and kids. The 2015 GT is just for me and my two boys to go out and have fun.

Switching to this clutch does not increase your horsepower to 800hp. It is rated at 800hp, meaning it can handle up to 800hp
