That's awesome, I have a pioneer bounty hunter metal detector I have found lots goodies with it, I've seen a 3d image scanner detector nice but too expensive for me, found a diamond ring worth thousands of $$without a detector just walking across from where I live.sometimes you don't need a metal detector to find gold.

I believe this device if you way of testing is to dig 7ft to 10fh then put the jewelrys silver or gold jewel...then put the grave soil into the whole ...the you can start testing that device...if the device can detect I will buy that.

I bought the "UPGRADED AKS METAL DETECTOR"..... its is just a pin pointer--- everything else is a time wasting gimmick.... flashing LEDs and no motor driven rotation. Maybe mine is a fake china model, but its not working. A decent device would be pointing out directions precisely and a digital display would announce the material, distance, size and depth. Its a hoax. Don't waste your money on the china version... quality is nice but handling and function is just crab. Only the pin pointer works a bit on very short distance. Those antennas just gimmick... The Operation Manual is in extremely bad english that doesn't make no sense at all.
The REAL GOLD AKS is all american. I cannot state that this one would satisfy treasure hunters. The China device is a fake.
