I beat her today using all berserker armour and all 9 realms weapon attachments. Realm shifts for days! But your build is totally OP. It's just a shame that by the time you reach God tier build like this, the game is pretty much done. We need new game plus!

I’m a counter fighter, I wait until the enemy attacks first.. I was able to the beat the Berzerker King by just countering his attacks but Gna is fucking fast! I get hit all the time
my fight didn't go as nearly as smoothly as yours and I had to improvise a bunch but i finally beat her and didn't even need my resurrection stone. thank you so much for this video!!

Never commented on a video before but vowed never to try this after a brief attempt just to see how difficult it was, after using all runic attacks and still only taking up two health bars I just assumed I'd never manage it and to save my frustration. Tried this build and was amazed it worked! Most guides are just by good players expecting you to be as good as them, but the guide at the start allowed me to get half her health down pretty much every time, gave me the impetus to keep trying! Still took ages but got there in the end, much appreciated.
Amazing strategy, break down, and explanation. This is it! After using your method to beat The King, I was quite warmed up to the strategy. Moved on to GNA and beat her first try, under 2.5 mins. Never had the patience to Platinum anything. This is my first. Thanks man. Akhafasu FTW

Dude thanks for this. the triple beserker in alfheim was the last I did before the king. That fight was easily the hardest, though gna wrecked me till I watched this. My build was close to this using the rem shifts for damage bursts but the bifrost storm is genius!

I beat all the bosses in the game without help, including the berserker king. But after an hour of getting stomped by Gna, I finally cracked and searched up your guide. Beat her within two tries! Thanks, you are the best.
Trying to take her on toe to toe has been a nightmare. Usually when I struggled with a fight, I could persevere, like with the Berserker King, I was able to create some distance, use my defensive tactics to open him up to damage…Gna is a whole different animal, she’s relentless in her attacks, and dodging may not work, especially if you double dodge left (red circle wing attack). Brutal.
I found the Berserker King harder compared to Gna when I first fought these two. But both fights were fun. With BK, the area is large, so there is space for maneuverability. Gna's area is smaller and she keeps you on your toes.

Ok this worked like a CHARM ! Took me like 6 fails right at the beginning to get the hang of it but once I got it the fight went smoothly ! I managed even without all of Freya's abilities maxed out. You still may need to improvise in case you miss one attack or if Gna does something weird but, thank you so much, this worked great !
Finally! A video that is actually informative as to what is going on rather than just showing off. I've still got a fair bit to do before feeling confident about taking her on, but this certainly gives some ideas. Don't think it will be done in a couple of minutes though 🤣

Just did it with your build on "Give me no mercy" difficulty. Doesn't work as well as in the video cause she can break through my attacks but I did in 4 tries ! Thanks a lot !
Of all the tips and tricks about this game in RUclips, this is the best one! OUTSTANDING!!!! I only have the hard ass Gna and the King to defeat only thing is I'm missing a few things suggested here. I'm missing for the Axe the Njord Tempst, Shield the Rond of Purification, Waist Armor the Berserker Waist Gaurd, and last, Amulet of Yggdrasil the Muspelheim Protection. If if the host and/or anyone that reads this can help with finding these items would be greatful. FYI, the Official Stragety Guide will be out this month, papaer back or hard cover( I check this out on amazon). I'm hoping I won't need it to get 100% of the game but there are hard to find items to search for without some help. I've been playing God of War since it was debut and my opinion, they have outdone themselves on Ragnarok.

After an estimate of 200 - 300 tries, I have successfully defeated gna with the help of this video. Platinum the game. Thank you sir for your service 🙏
Brilliant I came so close several times with a different build and decided to change my strategy What i like about this is that all the risk happens in the first 30 seconds so if it goes wrong you can just start again.

I somehow got extremely lucky. I challenged her before the Beserker King. On my 3rd try I held square (ps5) for freya to do her runic attack which was the electric floor one….at that time I got hit and downed but used a rez stone (superior rez stone) and I guess from the luck of god of war himself, I was revived and thru the next 2 mins Gna was stuck in an infinite loop of taking damage and flinching. Not wanting to mess it up I stayed back and kept throwing my axe at her. And luckily it worked. I def should still to this day be trying to beat her lol. BUT I’m here bc I like that this guy is explaining how he beat her and it’s not just another flex video showing that he could.

I finished up the narrative in the game, and I'm going around doing all of this other stuff. I mean, I've already followed as many side stories as I came upon, but the Berserkers were a real problem for me. So I kept going. Then I began watching some of these videos, and I can not figure out for the life of me how these guys figure out these strategies. I'm impressed.

Excellent video.. for those who apparently suck like I do here’s an extra bit to help. As soon as she moves for the first time use your rage then try to use your heavy runic attacks. If you die from there make sure to have a berserker resurrection stone and as soon as you revive use rage again. By this time you will be able to start from the beginning method with your light runic attacks.

I felt so confident after watching your video that I would beat her so easy... I'm like I got this.. I get into the battle with her and sprint towards her and forgot everything I just watched and get my ass kicked in under 10 seconds lol. 😢 Had to rewatch your video lol 5 more times to really get down the initial moves and finally get GNA to NOT move away before I activate the storm and realm shift. Those initial steps are so crucial. And then I forgot what to do next. The intensity of the battle made me almost freeze up and not know what to do. So then I just did what I do best and went to my hulk mode and whooped her, but her health was down half way after the those initial steps you recommend the first 5 seconds. I just used wrath and chipped away at her slowly. And finally got the win. 😂 So happy to finally beat her. Good luck to everyone sweating and skipping heart beats trying to beat her. 😅 and just remember there's always a better fight next time Or just lower the difficulty.

I Bloody Fin llove you, this was the most fun fight ever thanks to you. I went for her poison for Freya to proc status and the medallion that build immolation with status instead of the fang. I also went with wrath so I have basically 8 free counters to her yellows and reds when it got tough at the end. Thank you!!!
I was able to use poison as well to bring GNA to a 2 bars but she beat my ass lol one thing about this build is it doesn’t use the technique of building charge to the blades after shield hit or whatever which is really nice. Keep doing this man much love
Thanks I definitely did not slay her on first try but once I got in a rhythm, I was able to take her down to 1 health bar without taking a single hit -- and I finished her off in ~110 secs. And all that without any rage to start the fight. Soulless warrior, immolation, storm of bifrost, and realm shift just melted away her health bar and I just stayed aggressive and did not let her breathe much. Thanks I saved this fight for last and the platinum is mine!

Ok this worked like a CHARM !
Took me like 6 fails right at the beginning to get the hang of it but once I got it the fight went smoothly !
I managed even without all of Freya's abilities maxed out.
You still may need to improvise in case you miss one attack or if Gna does something weird but, thank you so much, this worked great !

Of all the tips and tricks about this game in RUclips, this is the best one! OUTSTANDING!!!! I only have the hard ass Gna and the King to defeat only thing is I'm missing a few things suggested here. I'm missing for the Axe the Njord Tempst, Shield the Rond of Purification, Waist Armor the Berserker Waist Gaurd, and last, Amulet of Yggdrasil the Muspelheim Protection. If if the host and/or anyone that reads this can help with finding these items would be greatful. FYI, the Official Stragety Guide will be out this month, papaer back or hard cover( I check this out on amazon). I'm hoping I won't need it to get 100% of the game but there are hard to find items to search for without some help. I've been playing God of War since it was debut and my opinion, they have outdone themselves on Ragnarok.

I came so close several times with a different build and decided to change my strategy
What i like about this is that all the risk happens in the first 30 seconds so if it goes wrong you can just start again.

I somehow got extremely lucky. I challenged her before the Beserker King. On my 3rd try I held square (ps5) for freya to do her runic attack which was the electric floor one….at that time I got hit and downed but used a rez stone (superior rez stone) and I guess from the luck of god of war himself, I was revived and thru the next 2 mins Gna was stuck in an infinite loop of taking damage and flinching. Not wanting to mess it up I stayed back and kept throwing my axe at her. And luckily it worked. I def should still to this day be trying to beat her lol. BUT I’m here bc I like that this guy is explaining how he beat her and it’s not just another flex video showing that he could.

I finished up the narrative in the game, and I'm going around doing all of this other stuff. I mean, I've already followed as many side stories as I came upon, but the Berserkers were a real problem for me. So I kept going. Then I began watching some of these videos, and I can not figure out for the life of me how these guys figure out these strategies. I'm impressed.

Excellent video.. for those who apparently suck like I do here’s an extra bit to help.
As soon as she moves for the first time use your rage then try to use your heavy runic attacks. If you die from there make sure to have a berserker resurrection stone and as soon as you revive use rage again. By this time you will be able to start from the beginning method with your light runic attacks.

I felt so confident after watching your video that I would beat her so easy... I'm like I got this.. I get into the battle with her and sprint towards her and forgot everything I just watched and get my ass kicked in under 10 seconds lol. 😢 Had to rewatch your video lol 5 more times to really get down the initial moves and finally get GNA to NOT move away before I activate the storm and realm shift. Those initial steps are so crucial. And then I forgot what to do next. The intensity of the battle made me almost freeze up and not know what to do. So then I just did what I do best and went to my hulk mode and whooped her, but her health was down half way after the those initial steps you recommend the first 5 seconds. I just used wrath and chipped away at her slowly. And finally got the win. 😂 So happy to finally beat her. Good luck to everyone sweating and skipping heart beats trying to beat her. 😅 and just remember there's always a better fight next time Or just lower the difficulty.
Thank you for your comment. That’s exactly how I felt and what happened to me when I fought her. She just wrecked me. I kept at it and then finally came up with different strategies to defeat her. I Bloody Fin llove you, this was the most fun fight ever thanks to you. I went for her poison for Freya to proc status and the medallion that build immolation with status instead of the fang. I also went with wrath so I have basically 8 free counters to her yellows and reds when it got tough at the end. Thank you!!!

I was able to use poison as well to bring GNA to a 2 bars but she beat my ass lol one thing about this build is it doesn’t use the technique of building charge to the blades after shield hit or whatever which is really nice. Keep doing this man much love

Thanks I definitely did not slay her on first try but once I got in a rhythm, I was able to take her down to 1 health bar without taking a single hit -- and I finished her off in ~110 secs. And all that without any rage to start the fight. Soulless warrior, immolation, storm of bifrost, and realm shift just melted away her health bar and I just stayed aggressive and did not let her breathe much. Thanks I saved this fight for last and the platinum is mine!
