Again I can't thank enough for making my boy a doll! Best gift I got from my husband and I can't stop watching the video, love seeing him comming together so well!
I always love learning so much while watching your videos. So many other doll custom artists talk about their process, which is fine, but as with any form of art there’s just so much that will change from one video to the next. So you give us information about the subject matter or about your opinions and I love listening to that while watching you work. ❤
Thank you! I think that the process of making a doll in some way repeats itself, and for me, it is always more interesting to speak about something not doll related) especially if it is commissioned orders. I just don't think too much about the process, but trying to achieve results that will satisfy my client)
Wow, what a gorgeous doll 💗 We've had an albino/white peacock at our hotel in Mexico this year, they really are stunning to see irl! The one at our building tried to bite my feet two times hahaha 🦚
There is also Leucism. Leucism: Leucism is a wide variety of conditions that result in partial loss of pigmentation in an animal, causing white, pale, or patchy coloration of the skin, hair, feathers, scales, or cuticles, but not the eyes (and mouth/lips in lions). It is occasionally spelled leukism. Some genetic conditions that result in a "leucistic" appearance include piebaldism, Waardenburg syndrome, vitiligo, Chédiak-Higashi syndrome, flavism, isabellinism, xanthochromism, axanthism, amelanism, and melanophilin mutations. Pale patches of skin, feathers, or fur (often referred to as "depigmentation") can also result from injury. It's an abnormal condition of reduced pigmentation affecting various animals (such as birds, mammals, and reptiles) that is marked by overall pale color or patches of reduced coloring and is caused by a genetic mutation which inhibits melanin and other pigments from being deposited in feathers, hair, or skin.
