RAM tends to have a lifetime warranty. You can try to see if you can get it replaced for FREE even though the PC may be out of warranty.

The Dell Memory Limited Lifetime warranty ( only in US, not applicable to APJ)
The confidence of Dell in its superior testing and certification procedures is not only reflected through its system hardware warranty
support. Dell Certified memory also contains a Limited Lifetime warranty that guarantees that if our Dell Certified memory should
ever fail, Dell will replace it . Even after your system hardware warranty expires, Dell still has you covered. APJ Warranty is 1 year/
integrated with the system hardware warranty.

If you bought off someone on eBay, you might have a problem as they would be the original owner. You would have to have bought directly from Dell or an authorized (like Staples, Best Buy, etc) and have some type of receipt or registered it within a year of buying it.

Can you remove all, turn on and let it beep, turn off and put only ONE stick and power up. If it works. Shut down and put it on the left of the PC and try a second stick. If that is good put it on the left as well, if bad, put it on the right side. Continue until you go through all the sticks. When done, try the sticks on the right again. If it is still the same, those need to be replaced. If good, mark them so you know that it is possibly failing. If under warranty tell your seller/manufacturer.

It's a hiccup that will happen up to four times in the life of the PC. If you have to do it twice in 1 month, check it thoroughly. It could be due to a mistake in OC settings or heat related issue by underpowered PSU that can't keep up due to poor airflow.

Markus came over to look at my Dell, and when he opened it up, he did smell something slightly smokey, though he wasn't sure if he was right, since he had a mask on. He ended up having to take the computer home with him, since he has all his tools at home, and so I'm hoping he'll figure out what's goin' on when he tries to diagnose it at home. If nothing can be fixed, he's going to bring the hard drive back and let me borrow his hard drive dock so I can try to back stuff up on another drive. If you were flashing, the possibility is high but I doubt you were doing that. Listen and look at the fans to make sure you are not overheating. They need to be unobstructed and spinning normally so check the CPU fan, the PSU fan and HDD fan.

Hold power button in 4 seconds or unplug
Remove RAM after you discharge your static.
      Boot twice without the RAM
      Discharge your static again
Unplug power, insert all RAM or just 1 stick
Plug in power and try to boot normally.
If it does with all sticks, cheer.
If only 1 or some sticks of RAM, look to replace another soon as if the same batch, will die on you too.

The HDD/SSD is usually by that vent too so you don't want that to reach high temps and fail before its time.

Yeah. If the battery is dead, you don't want it to leak and mess up the motherboard so remove it now and replace it when you can. The PC can operate safely without it.
If the time was off by a few hours, it's weak and you will eventually need to replace it. Leaving the PC on should recharge it but not by much as it is a CR2032 and not LR2032/ML2032.

What model? Did it beep after adding the memory back? If it has an add-in GPU and you have a display cable that can connect to the motherboard and the monitor, try that an see if the GPU went bad. If no add-in, it's possible the iGPU is acting up. Borrowing a GPU to test would be the next step and if that works, buy one of the same and better. If PC is under warranty, get them to swap it for you.
