The brightness is adjustable on each mode(meaning you dont have just 2k and 500 lumens). You press the power button twice to remember your last brightness level.
It would be nice if it defaulted to the saved setting on single push power up, rather than requiring 2 clicks…. But that’s a fairly minor quibble. That said I agree with the sentiment about high power lights…. They’re more specialized than general purpose lights.
Yea... I think I'd be removing this review, because people that don't read the comments will think it's an accurate review and won't buy one because you didn't bother to read the instructions, I am a plumber and absolutely love this light because it double as a flashlight and work light, and as has been covered in other comments, your complaints just aren't true! Redo the review! And take this one down!
@@rickyhinson7639 Can one of you explain exactly how the dimming works. Sometimes I can get it to dim, but sometimes it just turns off. I'm very confused. Thanks
My one goes from 2K to 200 and quite a few stages in between. It’s not just 2K or 200. Try letting go of the button when it is dimming and it will stop. 👍🏻
Right, I don't understand what he is talking about. Lol, he literally said it dims which means it has to go from 2k lumens slowly down to 200 lumens. He sounds like a biased hater
I’d sat my only gripe is I think the slide should have some sort of twist lock on it. I use mine for corrections and I’m constantly extending it pulling it from my holster.
I keep mine in my truck it's easily stored in the center console and I have USB to C and 12-volt charging available so keeping it charged on the go is no issue.
so you said its 2,000 or 200, well thats not true, as you hold the button to lower the lumens it will fade from 2,000 to 200. and you can stop at any lvl you want. so its not one or the other..
Had mine for about 6 years and lost it the other week. Looking for another one. It took triple A batteries and relied on it for years. I am weary of the rechargable ones is all. 🎉
Yes it's a good light, I use the work light a lot are there better lights sure I got it for 20 euros here in the Netherlands that's cheap and worth it.
I bought the first gen. 1) Battery really didn't last long enough. 2) The slide loosens over a "little" time and is easily slid back a little unintentionally and then on comes the lantern, out goes the flashlight at inopportune times. 3) It uses a common 18650 battery size that has proprietary contacts, and not readily available say like at a Batteries+ store. Not a fan of propreitary disposables in a product. Unless I could confirm they don't use proprietary batteries I would NOT buy another Nebo light.
Nah their junk, they made the batteries proprietary terminal ones on mine, and now they no longer sell the batteries for my flashlight. Looking for a video of how to take it apart because I want to modify it now so I can put some batteries in it.
Worst review ever, you demonstrated the fact that is dimmable from 2k down to 200 lumens and everything in-between the try too state that it is only 200 lumens or 20k. I hope Nebo didn't give you the flashlight for you to review their product, if they did, they should request a refund 😅

Yeah. We covered that I’m an idiot already. 😂😂. Thanks 😊

Mine still works great after 2 years now they came out with the slyde king 4k I wanna get that one next
@@kamryn7496 you won't regret it just got the 4k and absolutely love it
U can pause the click and it would stick to lumens anywhere between 200 and 2000.. depending on what lumens u paused at
yes great call out!
Ty abdullah ! I've had this light for over a year now and use it almost daily. It is a great light and the lumens can be anything between 2k and 200

@@silvertrident7055 I 10000 % agree with that.
Is the light on the power button meant to stay orange after a full charge while the torch is turned on
It has memory for any brightness setting you choose in any mode.
I keep mine in my truck it's easily stored in the center console and I have USB to C and 12-volt charging available so keeping it charged on the go is no issue.

Makes sense. I always have a battery back with me in the car for that same worry.
It’s good for about a year or two but after the slide gets extremely loose and becomes annoying
Where can I find compatible batteries for this flashlight? I can't find them anywhere on the internet.
It’s an 18650 battery
This is going to live in my tech trouble shooting bag, if I need it for more than 2 hours please send help I'm probably stuck somewhere

And got a other nebo light less lumen and that goes for a week.. But you got a good with this one it drains electricity.

Looks nice but only having 2 settings is weird.
Makes no sense.
@Habanero yeah we have covered that I screwed up.. lol

You have to be smarter than the flashlight bud. You can let go of the button and it will stay at that brightness.
He has to be a troll or really just doesn't understand how life works

Hey hey hey. Calm down. Don’t be so upset. It’s ok honey - it will be ok pumpkin. Big kiss.
That flashlight must really light up those dog turds!
Neebo is cheap shit garbage
For some reason I bought 3 of these cheap shit lights , they all barely worked then broke .
