Did you ever figure out how to get it to automatically turn on and off with your car?
This is my biggest gripe so far. There's a little red button on top you can turn the screen off, that stopped triggering my android auto every 20 seconds after I turned off the car.

Does this let you use netflix and utube on it?
No app for it. You can use air cast or android cast but only RUclips will be able to play. Netflix is blocked.
How do you get the suction cup off? I installed it and it blocks the camera, so i wanted to move it but i can't get it off.
Unlock the suction cup and start by pulling the tab firmly. Do it slow. It will be a little difficullt because there is little adhesive but yu can remove and apply again.
I slid a box cutter under it. The tab was too small to get real traction. One other q, is the only way to turn it off, by unplugging the charger? Does it have a battery charge or it only gets power from the cigarette lighter charging cord?
@@cascat4248 Does your cigarette outlet shutoff when your vehicle shuts off? You can also use a uneversal hardwire kit or if your vehicle has a USB you can use that too.
Question: How do you switch from Apple Car Play back to the cameras? I cannot find a way to do that short of unplugging from power.
Press home. It will take you back to the main menu
@@AutoSensation There is no "home" button on the screen when in carplay.
@@TexasScout When in Apple Carplay on the bottom left corner you will see menu/tiles. Tap that it will take you to your carplay menu then you will see the home button. Tap that it will take you to your android device where you can go to you cameras. Hope that helps

@@TexasScout oh interesting. Maybe it could be a setting that you have to change.
Android cast it's built in your Samsung phone ! No need for app!
