this was by far the most disturbing roblox game i've played yet. viewer discretion is advised. hope you enjoy :))

this game was phenomenal, but equally atmospheric and dreadful. props to the creator for being able to pour so much emotion and captivation into it
You don't put something like this together with sheer creativity alone.
It takes real experiences to recreate the real thing.
This felt less like a gaming dev experiment and more like a therapeutic expression.

this game hurts. especially the hotline part, since i experienced the exact same thing in the past, brings up some memories. the creator has done an amazing job
near 6:47 you can see a newspaper, and when you interact it'll tell something about her mother reading the news article, and that the news article is about the game 'my eyes deceive' which gave me chills down my spine.
21:45 this part gives me chills. I thought we had to hide from the kidnapper. But we are the kidnapper.
I broke down during the second story. It tore me apart and normally I can handle topics such as these. It reminds me of the people I've tried to help, and how I lost a couple of people to suicide. this game has a place in my heart
i immediately left at the "I dont want you here" part, after the trigger thingy my body couldnt handle more creepy shit 😢

I found this game in my recommendations and decided to play it not knowing how disturbing it was definitely the most scary game I’ve played

just being curious, would the result change in ''the hotline'' if you picked a different answer? i mean..they have different meanings. For example, if you didn't ask what the view was outside the unknown caller's windows, it basically means that you are trying to stall for time, maybe slowly distracting them completely.
i believe they may have different endings, but i'm not 100% sure
your choices doesnt matter, it will all end up the same.

This by far was the best roblox game that I ever have played. Truly engaging, really good twists and the third act. However the ending is still a bit blurry to me. What is your interpretation of the ending Josh?

hi. I really liked this game. the disturbing atmosphere, the mystery, everything is as I like it :) but loving extraordinary stories does not mean understanding them, unfortunately. can anyone explain the meaning of the game? I can put it together in my head somehow, but I'm not sure what's right. I will be glad if you answer ^^ (sorry for mistakes or oddities in the words, I do not speak English and use a translator)
hey I don’t know if you noticed but at the start of the game it says that it doesn’t follow a story and we should expect “game flaws” but I still felt as if the game was a collection of its own mini stories, of course you can depict all these as you like but this is from my personal point of view!
Story #1:
at the very beginning we are greeted with a passage, we are playing as a user who was in a car accident, we wake up finding our selves in this sort of room (looks like an asylum) and the speaker tells us to take the pills in order to experience a “happy” and “nostalgic” feeling, taking the pills seem to take us to an apartment complex the user speaks of how this used to be where he and his mother lived together alone he recalls his memories as we walk around exploring it, we then go outside and the player seems to go and off himself sadly, saying how he missed his dead mother.
Story #2:
We “User #2” get an unknown text on our phone from an un-recognizable number, this number seemed to mistake us for a mental health hotline, when realized it’s not us we insist on helping them the unknown person is implied to have overdosed because of how giddy their way of speech was, it’s also obvious they were suffering from depression based on their last text, we try to call them but sadly enough it turns out they passed away (I think they did pass away because of how they weren’t responding when they answered our call)
Story #3:
now this follows someone (us) in a motel as we regularly get weird phone calls? (Heavy breathing) (muffled words), the news interrupts us with a missing young girl who was allegedly kidnapped, it is said they are searching heavily in desperate circumstances for finding the lost girl, we hear our car beeping outside and a faint know before that. We get interrupted by a police car appearing at our house with sirens. There is text at the bottom saying “GET TO THE BATHROOM.” (we see the young girl that we kidnapped inside) which means we are the kidnapper I will assume that we get arrested
Story #4???:
now this is the most confusing one, I really didn’t understand what was going on but what I assume is that this is “hell” for user #3 (the kidnapper) I didn’t really understand what was going on but when the walls are red, and messages are flashing the one saying “I don’t want you here” has a very overedited picture of a bathroom behind it, similar to the one in story #3, I think this is what the girl said/felt to the kidnapper, I really didn’t understand anything with the other messages tho besides the one with repeating cages with could also be related to story #3??? anyways in the singing part I thinkkk that the lyrics are what to user #3 felt towards the girl, and how forbidden his love was (what a creep)
this is a super bad explanation and could be superrrr wrong but this is what I came to a conclusion with, I hope this helped!!!

@@sagainbootsmy interpretation of all of this is that this is the trauma of a single person, all culminating into the last 2 stories.
@@sagainboots honestly if someone (or maybe even the devs themselves) should make a separate game that is inspired by one of the stories, that would be really cool :0

It is probably just apart of the game, as it’s not on any song platform, and it doesn’t pop up if you search the lyrics. It’s beautiful but almost nonexistent outside of this game.
