Yeah, I was so disappointed with the whole set up with Indiana Jones. I do not get what they were thinking. He was a broken nobody and his wife left him (who does that so late in life?), kid is dead and everyone thinks he is some nobody. His co-star goddaughter, who knows who he is, still treats him like crap the whole movie. He should be the most famous Archeologist in the world with what he has done! It not only was depressing, but it literally made no sense this is how he ended up.
Only 102 movies, rookie numbers 😂 Agreed though, ant man and Indiana jones I remember leaving the theater so annoyed by those movies, especially the latter. I remember talking about dial of destiny on the car ride home with a buddy, for some reason forgetting his name something with a N or R but I digress, but I remember that the more we talk the more I realize how bad that movie was
@@TheMediaMonologuemy worst movies are Antman & The Wasp:Quantumania, Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny and The Expendables 4. I didn't understand why Marvel recast Emma Fuhrmann. I didn't like Kathryn Newton at all. She is so annoying sometimes
I always do "Most Disappointing" Rather than "Worst" because if it looks bad, I don't see it. LOL This is My Top Ten Most Disappointing Movies of 2023! #10. Air #9. Ant Man and the Wasp: Quantamania #8. Fast X #7. Meg 2: The Trench #6. You are SO NOT Invited to My Bat Mitzvah #5. Dashing Through the Snow #4. Big George Foreman #3. Children of the Corn #2. You People #1. Renfield
So disappointed to hear that they messed up ANOTHER Left Behind book. Just swapping out one super religious has-been actor (Kirk Cameron) for another (guy who was Hercules) is NOT the solution. So far, the ONLY one that's been close to good was the one with Nic Cage, and that was one of his "phoning it in" movies. I'm agnostic, but the book covers of the LEFT BEHIND books made me so curious once day while I was having my car serviced at a K-Mart auto that I started reading the first one, and over the course of a couple of months, burned thru the series. Like this review said, the story of an actual Rapture is pretty compelling... with mass disappearances, natural & supernatural disasters, the coming of the anti-Christ, trying to figure out who to trust as the world is left with non-believers who either will be convinced to believe, or who are just bad news bears. I think it works best as a streaming series, and possibly an animated one at that, but in an aon flux, off-putting style, not like a Pixar style. One day, I hope whomever owns the rights to the books gives it to someone who is good at actually making movies.
Well, the argument with the acting is what I saw with the big success of the year with "conservative" movies "Sound of Freedom", which is that Hollywood is so far left they will not act in any film that has a conservative message or is produced by a conservative outlet. I also heard that was the problem in "Ladyballers" and the cast was actually Daily Wire pundits. So Cameron, Caveisel and Sorbo are basically it when it comes to "real actors"
I think Blue Beetle is more forgetable than outright bad and Indian Jones 5 was actually better than I expected looking at reviews. I've also seen a ton of movies in 2023 and I don't feel these 2 are the worst I've seen, not bt a long shot. Most disapointing for me was operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre, such promise and such a disapointment really. The Flash, Magic Mike Last Dance and Hearts of Stone are probably my top 3 worst in 2023 and they are way worse than Blue Beetle and indy 5.
Make sure to share your picks for the Top 10 WORST Movies of 2023!!!
The Flash would easily be my worst of the year followed by Rebel Moon. Just terrible films
I get Social Security and can easily afford to see 2 films a week. But I managed to get through 2022 and 2023 without seeing a single film.
Indy 5: when he literally became a cartoon character

I'm sure your buddy would agree 😁

JLaw was contractually bound to make "No Hard Feelings," sadly.

There has to be a law about teenagers becoming superheroes

You forgot the little mermaid remake 😅

Indy 5 gets my vote for "The Worst" 2023
Some intonations are really good to hear, and some are just annoying for being monotonous.
[insert mocking english-language rendition of the Saint Seiya theme here]
Napoleon.
Never had a chance to see that one, though most of what I heard hasn't encouraged me to watch it.
I also heard that and too many inaccuracies , and as a history obsessed person, I think Napoleon’s story was fine without as is
There were a lot of great movies in 2023 what??🤷♂️
