Excellent video! I could use about 4 more presets myself... Don't seem to have space for my wave crews or more armada sets! Next one will come round at Syndicate 42... let's hope it comes quick!
I may have skipped through some parts of the video but did you mention that having officers in the unavailable slots still counts towards the total stats of the ship? Useful for players who don't have ships with every BD slot unlocked and want to maybe max their mitigation or attack stats for various officers.
on my below deck i dont have alot of options first is tom paris then tendi then sam R then meriner nurse chapel then e-troi then byr who i bought this arc still alot i want like hugh from borg the voyager morale burning and hull breach i dont use not great at base but at t4 is when they are better and i would love a e-picard for a hostile loot crew im more a pve and mining player not into pvp so on arcs i look for officers that suit my criteria pve or mining or below deck
also set up pre sets for your daily grind like for me freebooters are first so that is my first preset then its q-trials which i only make minor changes to my freebooters preset which is bridge with my enti freebooters is cap kirk kahn and snw spock then q-trials i change snw spock based on hostile type below deck is the same then i do jem hadar armadas which is two armada presets for both ships enti and defiant then voyager hostiles with two below decks i use byr and tom paris bridge is a makeshift loot crew cap tolra and toli with neelix then second last hostile the mantis preset and then a probes preset the last preset is my cargo cap crew for meridan and amalgam loop and two armada crews one for cardys and normal armadas

The main Hostile preset you have is nice but what about This Captain Janeway with The Doctor and Torres on the side . Is this one good too. ??
One of the best hostile crews, he uses that crew for 60+ hostiles as they are more difficult

your mirror picard pvp crew doesnt have moral, shax useless
they really watched out for not making the epic ships too OP with the new pvp crews
