The reason Yujiro conceded the fight was Yuichiro convinced Yujiro to let Baki win, so Yujiro was looking for any reason to give him a win. When animals play fight with their offspring, they have to let them win every now and then or they get discouraged and give up. He was proud of Baki and didn't want him to give up.
I thought it was more along the lines of him saying Baki was now considered to be standing in the same playing field as him. Because up until that point Yujiro considered every other being to be beneath him
It's also because Baki did something nobody else has ever done, and FORCED Yujiro into something. In this case it was just a spiritual fantasy, but Yujiro got so invested that when Baki flipped the fake table, Baki FORCED emotions and a reaction out of Yujiro because of Baki's own fantasies. This has never happened to Yujiro before, so Yujiro admitted a loss on a spiritual level, even if in physical strength he is still unmatched.

I always find it funny how anime characters all have some kind of degree in supernatural medicine. Like, dude's can just take a look at someone else, see everything that is wrong, name every single bone, membrane and muscle in the other persons body, basically do the job of a proper doctor without any on hand examination. It's even more funny when they are capable of discerning the damage they received themselves. I know its all just anime/manga but I can't help but find it extremely funny and unreal.
Well doctors and other physicians are able to look at a persons injuries and determine points of damage, breaks and fractures. It may not be 100%, which is why they use an X-ray after, but Baki's show always pushes into that exaggerated realm.

Baki won in this battle. It wasnt so much about who would loose or who would win, its more about how long can they hold until one chickens out. Only, by chicken I mean whoever ceases to fight either through perceptive loss or victory. They were suppose to fight until it stopped, as all fights do. But this fight wasnt so much about physical strenght, but that of strenght itself and all its glory. The moment juyiro thought he won, he lost cause baki continued trying to fight him physically. Then his father tried to think and to play a role of a father for what needed to be traditionally. He was fighting while playing a role. But baki cought on to that so he fought the same way with making a role of a fool who lost, but he knew he was doing so. And so he even turned the tables to juyiro. it wasnt so much about playingng just a role, but to force his father into a role. The cheer moment where his father reacted with the table was a moment that his father lost his strenght in himself. He wasnt being the one on top the other's ego. It was being done to him too. And his father finally admitted defeat, and said that his son won. He was being a human in the end. But noooooo. Fricking baki continue the fighting!!! He was still playing a fucking role... Fuck!!! He did not respect his father's boundary of a human. Baki got fucking revenge!!!
I understand this to a degree, I’ll say you have to remember that yujiro saw his father and baki saw his grand dad, that was a critical moment for both of them.. Baki won the fight mentally, but not physically. Cause even Baki acknowledged that he lost the fight. By being the one on the ground
Yeah yeah.. we all know who was the strongest.. and who is the strongest.. soo.. imagination and will power does not matter if u cant fight and win physically.. Yujiroooo the Undefeatable Demon 😈.

Musashi would have won baki , since musashi is almost as strong as yujiro. Musashi is so strong with his katana and for Baki to beat him, it was necessary Baki be better than musashi's katana skill
Correct if I’m wrong , So Baki won the overall battle because he was able to deceive yujiro with the table flip. Since deception in battle can lure an opponent into a trap or death. On the other hand yujiro won the fight since Baki couldn’t stand up anymore and was left for dead.
