If you've used the model before, it's just because the tail bones are very strange. If you use it in Source Filmmaker and try to rotate them, it shifts very slightly and in an odd way, but that's it.

How'd you make the Neco Arc Chaos model? I'm interested to have the file so I can port it to Tower Unite on steam, since theres a normal Neco Arc model on there already
I simply retextured the neco arc model and a friend of mine who was experienced with art made the eye textures which I applied on a simple plane I modelled. Unfortunately I don't give mod files out or allow them to be modified in anyway and rather encourage people to make their own. I do give out blender files/adaptations and such as mod requests on my patreon but I think that's too much of a price for something anyone can do with the base neco model.
