That was what I was thinking. In a nursery you'd pay a good price for an established plant like that. I wouldn't know where to start trying to guess. It may be as low as $15-20 and could be in the $40-50 range. The nursery has keep it that long, taking up space, having to water it etc. You have to consider that.
