      Adeola, Usually I watch this program for fun. In this commentary, you made the best case for our leaders not only to spend money wisely but also to consider ways to implement programs that will lift African nations. Very Good.

      It’s not about the person but the corrupt system in the country. I hate to say that Nigeria is a cursed country where hardly does anything gets better. It can only get worse. Nigerians voted for worse after 4years of suffering. They’re blinded by tribalism.

    s korea would be a better example for nigeria. they were dirt poor back in the 60s. now, they are one of the most advanced countries in the world. but, they were serious about advancing their nation. nigeria had all of that oil money and squandered it. they could at least have built great infrastructure by now that would've helped them diversify their economy and make it more stable.

    • @osemethompson6396
      @osemethompson6396 8 лет назад +2

      That is exactly what should have happened. Nigeria had enough time to have built the right infrastructure.

    It's good to see you applying U.S. education to inform and aide African governments that good Adeola. Believe it or not china citizens applied the same tactic and look how mighty their country is now. Just imagine if all of the Afro-cultures around the world did business and aided each other how powerful the African countries, and African colonies around the world would become. We have African colonies in every country worldwide including the African countries of Israel and Saudi a Arabia.

    I don't comment too much on videos, but God bless you for keeping it real!!! I thank Him that I very recently came across your youtube channel, and I definitely subscribed. I am a Nigerian that grew up in the U.S., and I am still hopeful and prayerful about that country, and praying that God will use me to also bring positive change and more blessings to that country and the people. I personally cannot stand when other Nigerians call the country hopeless. As long as there is God, there IS Hope. To Him Alone BE ALL The Glory. All those politicians better repent for they shall all reap everything they have sown, for what does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul??? God will help us and give us the victory. This madness must end.

    Of course haters will always have something to say. She makes a great deal of sense and if someone in government pays a little attention to the issues she raises, it could be the beginning of something good. The government can't have eyes everywhere, yet this platform could be one of the eyes and ears of the government. If this is a government that truly cares about making a positive change, this is one of the fora for knowing the hearts and minds of the governed.

    Adeola, this is Michael from Sao Paulo. People who are well informed like you can run for office to put an end to the suffering of Nigerians and Nigeria. Our people are actually doing anything illegal just ot put food on their tables. The Nigerian youth are gollible and have lost their thinking faculty just because of 5000 naira promised by the failing government. To correct you, Nigerians already lost faith in this government and something has to be done fast. The country now breed criminals on a daily basis. Where have we gone wrong? The problem is all the successive presidents have no economy development agenda before they came to power. This formulae can transform nigeria into a ppp power house of africa if only Buhari and his entourage understands this economies formulae.
    Wrong officials are holding critical positions they have no clue how to run them, due to tribalism and nepotism. Until these factors are cleared, no economy progress will manifest in nigeria, it will just be ''soldier come soldier go'' situation.
    Imagine a country like nigeria have no constant electricity but want to have electric train just because is beautiful, prestigious and witnessed in numerous overseas travels, what a joke. Foundation of development of any country with wise leaders is providing enabling environment not elephant projects.

    This Adeola sounds sick to me and she probably thinks she's smarter than people in government. When Buhari called some Nigerians lazy Nigerians in Europe back then, he knows what he was saying. Nigerians are too proud to do what Americans did during the great depression. How many graduates in Nigeria would go to start building bridges and carrying stuff around for the constructions? Nigerians want everything great without them working for it. I think Adeola or whatever her name should go and start the constructions herself and see if the government will not back her up.
