    I have the Jabra Elite 75t for 4 years now and I am very happy with them, the quality and the fit are incredible and the case is pretty small which is a huge deal to carry daily. Also the passive noise reduction is good on them !

    I use the 85T, the 7 Pro, and the 7 Active. Out of the 3, I love using the 85T the most, because of the oval cushions. They have been the most comfortable earbuds up to this day. Its ambient and ANC performs better compared to the 7 pro and 7 active in my experience. The downsides of the 85T is battery life and can only use the right ear bud solo, not the left one.
    I was hoping that Jabra would update the 85T in the future, and they finally did with the Elite 10. I will buy these in the near future.

      @cy5214 Год назад +4

      I agree. I just posted the 85t are awesome. And feels good in the ear even thought it looks and is big, but doesn't feel that big or heavy when in the ear. I did have to change out the ear tips to the Memory Foam Pro Active by Charjenpro though. Besides that awesome set of earbuds and I tried all the top ones. I knew something was up with they reverted back to oval ear tips (and lighter and smaller! win win) for the Elite 10 now. Guess Jabra sold a lot of 85t and wanted that traction back with the Elite 10.

I had the Elite Active 65T, Active 75T but moved on to wf-x1000m4 and now AirPods Pro 2 but bought the Elite 5 and 7 Pro for my wife to use. I just got both pairs from Jabra yesterday. Honestly, the Elite 10 are even better than the Elite 7 Pro's in so many ways. The Elite Pro's are the best earbuds for calls I've ever used and I have no doubts the Elite 10's will be better. In a coffee shop right now as I type this, I did a microphone test and it's crazy how these are sounding like I have a headset on. Had a call with a colleague and they said they could hear very little noise in the background the decibel level is between .75-85. Love the colors too!

    I bought the Elite 65t active and still use them daily. Great on vacation (on the beach, at the pool) I use these rather like my AirPods Pro 2 because I'm afraid that they are more likely to break. With the Elit I have no worries that anything breaks. If the 8s are exactly the same, I would also get me immediately, as soon as my times give up the ghost. But the things work for 4-5 years without problems. If jabra Makes a great offer then I would exchange mine.

I'm new to earbuds and returned my Elite 8's because they were too fiddly and one bud would turn off for no apparent reason. Listening to this review, it may be that the ear detection sensors were kicking in. I re-ordered them but cannot find a really good tutorial. Even Jabra doesn't offer one.

    For people in the US at least, Jabra is not worth it if you have any problems with their products outside of warranty. There is nowhere you can send them for repairs, they will make you jump through hoops to diagnose the problem and not even tell you what might be wrong with the product, leaving you with very expensive e-waste. I suggest you buy a product from a company that will be willing and able to make repairs. They did offer me a discount code to buy something new, which I think is insulting…. If you didn’t stand behind your last gen top-of-the-line product, why would I spend any more money supporting a wasteful, polluting business model?

  • @slmyatt

    I get a complete seal in both ears with the Elite 8 Active using large eargels.
    On my Elite 7 Pro I had to constantly fiddle with left earbud get that eargel to seal.
    I think the 8 active eargels are a tiny bit more substantial (thicker?) while remaining all day comfortable.
    Underpromising and overdelivering, Jabra goes for solid base hits instead of swinging for the fences.
    I'm hoping for next improvement to take Hearthrough mode from "ok" to "superior" to bring the runner home.

    Great video ! I bought the 8 on Amazon but wasn’t fully happy with the fit. I like larger tips, they didn’t come with, the left one fell out a bunch. And the sound was good but volume levels I found low for a lot of music. When I had already decided to return them I saw Best Buy had the 10’s for $100 off CA. Super happy with the 10’s the tips and way better fit for me and come with the XL tip which I get better isolation and lower end with. If sound is your thing go for the 10’s. They seem louder and overall better sound. I realize I got the first Gen but wasn’t going to spend the money on the Gen 2. Got a deal for sure.

    I’ve had the Elite 7 actives for over a year and have no complaints, the ONLY reason I would upgrade to the Elite 8 is if they had bigger drivers, but that’s not the case. I also had the 85ts, but they weren’t good for running, and I think I’ll have similar problems with the Elite 10. I may just skip this generation

    Ive repeated gone back to jabra for buds. Its weird that the jabra 3 get better call quality for the 7 pro, I ended up using the jabra 3 on the regular due to the call quailty being better. They never been able to fix it the tech is there and theyve tried with firmware updates but sound almost like the 10s and it just doesn't work for me. Will be skipping these models will keep the jabra elite 3.a

    I was waiting to see how the 10's look in the ear. And no can do. They stick out more then the 8's. The 8's are more flush in the ear. And this makes them look cooler and better in the ear overall. So was hoping the 10's had the flushness of the 8's but since they dont. Have to go with the 8's. Plus i HATE oval shape ear tips. They never fit as good as round ear tips. So those are the 2 negatives that force me to get the 8's. 8's have more secure fit, more flush inside ear, and just look better in ear are the reasons i have to to get the 8's over the 10's. Its a no brainer. Jabra could of hit a home-run if they had the 10's swap out the body with the 8's so that you get the flush and securer fit and better round ear-tips. But its cool, in a way the consumer is the beneficiary because we get the better earbuds and they cost less then the 10's. ✌️

    Only 8 months later they've already launched gen2 for both of these models and if i'm not mistaking the only "upgrade" is that with gen2 you can use the case as a streaming-device if you utilize a cable that comes with the earbuds.
    Not really worth a 70-80$ bump in price, in my humble opinion.
    That being said i'm having a damn hard time finding the right earbuds for me.

    I've been using the Jabra Elite earbuds for years now. Sound quality and fit for me are really good. My issue is with the case. It does a great job of charging, just down drop the case. The previous model was one of my Favorites. One underrated feature is they have nature sounds built in. My biggest problem is that I went through 4 pair of these because one earbud on each pair would completely lose volume. Never could figure out why.

    • @lawrence6622
      @lawrence6622 Год назад +3

      There is a tiny hole on the inside surface of the earbud that, when blocked by debris, will kill the volume on that earbud. Clear the debris with a tiny pin and perhaps compressed air and this will completely resolve.
