I'd like to see a review of the FUJIYA Pliers 6-Inch NSP01-150. ;) ;) :D Please thank you.
They're supposedly like the Knipex TwinGrip but without the slip joint.

I have some Fujiya needle nose pliers, I absolutely love them they’ve replaced all my other needle nose even snap on. Also have a pair of tsunoda side cutters I just got and have been tested them out doing electrical work. Not sure they will replace the knipex permanently but so far I really like them.

Thanks for your vid, was not aware of the boddingtons brand, any idea where you can buy these in Europe ? By the way, the hole in your Klein shears is probably due to a cutting operation on a hot wire causing shortcut. Last, but not least ... It's normal that a cutting plier needs more force then a shears, I guess ;-)

I've got a pair of Japanese made insulation strippers, designed for stripping round flex cable inner cores. They will literally cut half a mil of insulation with completely clean edges (and these well used) same type of hard plastic on the handles, definitely lasts longer, more for pre assembly work. Great, well presented videos presented. All the best, Pete 👍

You got the name right the first / third times. FWIW I find Google Lens (built into smartphone Google Translate app) does a pretty good job these days getting instructions/packaging from Japanese into English.

Wish Fujiya offered some kind of VDE insulated rating, spend too much time in live panels to get a plier set without it.

For electrical equipment work such as extension/outside line work.
    Ideal for cutting VA-VVF wires
    Easy cutting with eccentric lever
This is the translation for the tool you mentioned about not being able to read Japanese.

If you don't need the flush cut, it's not worth the trade off. They are amazing flush-cutters though.

Not really a fair comparison, you should have compared the side cutters with another brand side cutters .
Fujiya makes high quality precision tools , that being said I've never been a fan of side cutters period from any brand for that matter .
I have a feeling that the reviewed tool being side cutters is the reason behind the poor impression, not the actual quality.

They're parrot beaks. At what point are you cropping anything? You are cutting them. They LOOK like parrot beaks so that's why they are called as such.
