2:43 THATS WILD! I got mine for $190 on sale with free shipping from the Moxi website! With tax tho and the $22 dollar toe guards I had to buy since the skates no longer come with toe guards the total was $225. Which wasn’t bad. But I felt like I was basically paying what was regular price for them with the toe guard a few years ago. So idk if it was that great of a deal or not tbh. But I am happy with them. I think they’re beautiful I just hate the thick sharp tongue that digs into your legs. It’s very uncomfortable and actually painful and I just wish the foam wasn’t that thick. The wheels are also too sticky. I will probably be replacing them. Other then that I like the skates a lot! And you can defiantly tell they’re worth the money when you look at how well made they are. Edit: I actually felt like they worked really well for wider feet. I have a high instep and so I was worried these skates wouldn’t fit with the thick tongue but even lacing them in a normal way they work! They fit better then any pair of shoes I own! It’s just the tongue on them that I absolutely hate
Thanks for sharing with me. I thought I liked the tongue, but it makes my feet numb. I do like that the boots are good for wide feet and the suede is just gorgeous!

These are made overseas. I took my heal and pressed on the top and stomped away until it widened up. I also heard you can use a blow dryer to heat up the pvc inside the skate to adapt to your foot. Haven’t tried that yet. Bliss to you all!
So u wear a 9 in women and u got a 8 in skates I’m tryna order the panthers but don’t know what size I wear a 9.5 in women shoes so since skates don’t come in half sizes I should get a 9
So do you ever actually skate in any of these skates or do you just have a skate collection? What's the difference between them? Whick are cheap and which are quality?
Great questions. I would call myself mostly a collector. It is hard for me to skate as much as I would like. I skate in some of them because I want to. Others, I'll try out if I am asked to. Some, I just sell-off, if I am not in love or I have issues with sizing. So far, I would say Riedell is the highest quality I've come across in terms of construction and design. My Chaya skates are the only one's I've had to tear up on me, but I use them the most and outside. I don't know If that is what you mean by cheap. I'm beginning to think Roller Derby is the best balance between quality and price. I have a bunch on the way to test my theory, so stay tuned! Many thanks😊
I just got a pair of the Riedell 111 last week I haven't tried them out yet, but I have been wanting them way longer than I wanted the Moxi. I do like the black Riedell Waves, those are my go-to for the rink. As for the OG's, they aren't my style and I am not a good enough skater to spend that kind of money. What are your favorites?
I got min at Legacy Skates $219. Great sales! Also got $300 Chaya Melrose Premium for $169.! I couldn’t stop myself! Get the return set up if your not sure about the size. Be made Blissful everyone!
@@ShawnonSkates i have nylon plates on one pair, and airplane metal on the other. My leopard has the marvel like yours and feels heavy for me. I guess its just me. Anyway, im still looking for a nylon artistic plate or affordable airline artistic plate

Hi Denise, You know I am a little ashamed to say, but I have never used my Panthers. You have made me curious. I will take them out for a spin tomorrow. Mine are a smidge large though, so I may not encounter that problem. We'll see! Hopefully, someone who already knows will see this and respond. I will post an update on my experience.

I have the derby leopard laces and I love them! So thick and soft. Good quality laces those ones and the leopard print isn’t whack 😂

The plate doesn't seem heavy. I had those Nikes on yesterday morning, and they are really heavy, so that might be clouding my judgment.

Are these in Men sizes? I wear a size 10 men's so I should order a 10?
Yes, these are sold in men's sizes. The size 10 is said to fit a foot that measures 27.1 cm or 10 11/16 inches.
