Fair enough. I've tried Sunday League experience with no badges, and at first basically nobody will offer you a job, not even Vanarama North/South. I did eventually get a job at the 2nd tier in Wales and was able to work my way up from there. I didn't win the UCL in 10 years, but I did win the European Championship with the Netherlands within 8-9 (Euro 2032). But national team management is pretty broken, they all start offering you jobs when you overperform a little. Presumably UCL within 10 years should be possible even without badges or professional experience, you just need to be a little lucky with job offers. If each job offer is a massive promotion over the last one (say non-league, to Championship, to Premier League within 5-6 seasons) it should be possible.
The devs made it way too easy anyway. In my network save my mate went from one promotion with a 4th tier Swedish team to getting the AIK Job with Sunday league player experience.
Finally i see a good run from Beşiktaş in these videos! We will be deadly with Immobile and Rafa Silva in this season. Mark my words. Great video as always brother! 🙏🏻

(players from an age range, players of certain importance, players of specific nationality). One thing I will say is that Ulm I believe have Bayern as an affiliate so be sure to remove that, OR you could give the other a senior affiliate too and that be a concept in itself. One step further, maybe play a "big brother" save where play as a club with small affiliate and try to create success for that club via the affiliates system. Just sprouting ideas off that come to my mind at 4:30am.

bro, seeing the inter side have 200 million in the transfer budget just made me so angry. I'm doing a save with man utd, and i thought 'a good owner' took over the club. He improved some facilities, but he also took 156 million I had in the budget, and left me with 900k, now i only have 1 rb going into the january transfer window, without any money. Im cooked

I'll say it's not fair that you didn't get an invitation to the FIFAe Football Manager World Cup as a guest because you create great content for Football Manager for English-speaking viewers, and it doesn't seem right that you're not there.
Done it myself. Completely nothing. American Samoa then Omiya. Won J2 then J1. Then on to Salento (Lecce) got them to Serie A. Couple seasons then on to Champs league. Lost in group stages. Then got a gem. newGen, won the champs league. Unreal. Now at Liverpool in 7th season. If I started at West Brom it would be 3/4 seasons in.
