Would you recommend this positioning on field hockey as well?
Outdoors it is slightly different since the attacker can lift the ball. But we made a 1v1 defending video for outdoor aswell!

The defending man weak for left side so the man strong for right
So opposite man moves always left it's safe right is dangerous it's my experience
