Make a pizza casserole with the leftover pizza sauce. Box of Mac & cheese, made as usual, browned hamburger, or pepperoni, onions, peppers or whatever you like. Whatever cheese you have works. Mix together, more cheese on top bake for 20 minutes. 375 degrees. 😊 Lunch.
I get the French bread,on clearance, and make pizza out of it and put what ever you want .I make fluff with one big box of orange jello, with two cups of hot water, then just one cup of cold water. Then put in fridge, to set up,then add your pineapple, oranges, cool whip,I put little cottage cheese whip it up then back in the fridge. You don't have to to put cottage cheese if you don't like it. It's delicious, I also make the lime fluff,it's cool ,in the Summer.

What a week, looks like everything was yummy. I was anxious to see your ideas from day to day. You will have to do it again. I was so excited, thank you.
Hi Corinna! Nice food pantry haul. I never bought pizza sauce so I don' know how it tastes. I would try it in a pasta bake. I've used that type of shrimp in scampi before. Yum! I've been eating what I have too. Car issues and I haven't been able to get out to grocery shop. That's fine. My pantry and freezer is always stocked. 🙏 My best to Glen!
Another option with the shrimp would be to chop them up finally and then make a fritter with zucchini and eggs. Then fry the fritters. Much easier too❤
Pizza sauce works perfectly well in place of pasta sauce. You could just add a few different spices and there you have it. They really aren't that different.
Looks pretty good there Corinna..Wow another pair of sneekers..you be styling!!😊 Ilove chimes& that is so cute..right up your alley..You& Glen keep on truckin!!❤🤗👍🦜🌴
You can freeze remaining pizza sauce and add it to any pasta/tomato dish for an extra zing! Yummy 😋 I love the seasoned tuna, the seasoned salmon packets are definitely worth a try if your pantry ever offers them, too! ( dollar tree has name brand samon varieties,FYI. )
@@OneDayAtATime7 that's the funny thing! I'm not either....normally! I quit the estrogen blocking meds i was on and am trying to eat foods that naturally block estrogen production due to recovering from estrogen positive breast cancer. fish is on the list. I tried the pink salmon lemon and black pepper flavor and fell in love!😍but to each their own! I used to detest liver, too, until I was anemic at one point and had to choose between horse sized iron pills or liver. I learned how to make some tasty liver and got rid if the iron pills too! 🤣
@@jeanniesbeanies9900 I'm glad you recovered from cancer, I hope you are cancer free. Maybe I will try that lemon and black pepper flavor, who knows I might like it. I used to take iron pills because I always had low iron when I donated plasma. Take care and have a wonderful day.
@@OneDayAtATime7 happy Tuesday! yep, you might like it now, my parents always us try had one little bite of anything we didn't like that mom made~ I eventually acquired a taste for most things over the years! Heck, you could repurpose that sauce if needed. Other than the typical Italian-style sauces, you could add chili powder/ground chilis, garlic and cumin, and you have enchilada sauce.
I only wish for 30 more minutes with this visit 😊😊 shrimp looked yummy and great deal on eat on what you have!! A very nice food haul too..useful in many ways and im sure you will put it all to use ..god bless your home! Thank you so much Peggy, I'm glad you are enjoying the videos and I will try to make longer ones. It has been very mild here with a lot of rain, we have been in the 60s and 70s F. Stay cool and hydrated.
You can use the pizza sauce as a pasta sauce. Just doctor it up a bit. Maybe add some taco seasoning or chili seasoning and make it into a chili type dish.
My entire family love sea food - different kinds are on the Christmas table. Myself 2 bites are plenty for me. Interesting supper. Question - I have a small tin of red salmon - should I make salmon salad with it. Never had the red and I don't want to mess things up cooking it wrong. What would you make with it. Husband said salmon gravy.
I also use pizza sauce in spaghetti, and i use it for american goulash. Corinna i know you love cheese, have you tried making spaghetti or goulash then throwing it in the oven with cheese on top to melt & brown a little? Putting the majority of cheese on your side of course, cause i know Glen doesnt like too much cheese. 😁
Thank you Stephanie, as long as I can go. I may have to pick up a few groceries because I don't want to deplete my stock of food but will continue to eat what we have. That is awesome that you want to do this. Have a wonderful day.
@OneDayAtATime7 it's hurricane season in fl. I have 3 freezers full of food. That's alot of food to clean out and waste if we had a hurricane and lost power

You can throw leftover pizza sauce into your spaghetti. It won't be noticed and it uses up the extra sauce.
