    Ingredients, measurement and steps
    Ponni puzhungal idli rice 2 cups
    Soak overnight
    Grind to coarse batter
    Add Salt ¾ Tbsp
    Next, Heat a pan
    Add oil 1 ½ Tbsp
    Mustard 1 Tsp
    Chana dal 1 Tbsp
    Urad dal 1 Tbsp
    Red dry chili 3 ct
    Curry leaves few
    Saute till golden brown
    Now add rice batter
    Mix will, till it turns thick consistency
    Add Shredded coconut 2 Tbsp
    Mix well
    Wait for 5 to 10 minutes
    Now make Kolukattai.
