I sat with a boy in my English class for 2 years. He was the happiest, craziest, most loving and kind person I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He took his own life in June of this year. Do not listen to people who say that there are people that really suffer and you are not one of them, because they will never understand your pain. You need to find someone that really understands you, the real you, what you feel in your heart. And if you struggle to find someone that looks at you in this way, trust me, a good psychotherapist can really help you to undestand your pain, because your emotions have a value, you have a value.

my (non bio) dad showed me this song when i was a kid and over the years he and i slowly stopped talking as i fell into depressive moods and then he cheated left and has a new family and abused my mom emotionally and my sisters too but the thing is that’s not who he was or pretending to be my dad was not real so i wonder who is my dad and where is the dad that i had that bond with, this song makes me think about those things over and over it just makes my 💔

This version of the song is so cool and relaxing...makes me think to my own life and to ask myself: "Why are you sad?" The funny part? I don't know why. I have a family who loves me, i have a job,a car and a few good friends and two best friends. Maybe because i need someone in my life? Rn I can't say that I'm depressed but somehow i feel like i am.
Do not feel guilty fornthat, because depression hits like that, it makes you think that you have everything you need and you do not deserve to feel better, but that is not true. You probaby suffer deep inside and your mind is trying to protect you to hurtful feelings. Do not listen to people who say that there are people that really suffer and you are not one of them, because they will never understand your pain. You need to find someone that really understands you, the real you, what you feel in your heart. And if you struggle to find someone that looks at you in this way, trust me, a good psychotherapist can really help you to undestand your pain, because your emotions have a value, you have a value.
