I just have a quick question: I was wondering whether or not to include footwork drills to gain quick feet into my routine, as I thought that just doing cadence drills on mars blades would be better. What would be your opinion?
@@spudlangs6990 i would just increase your cadence on the base mechanics, and get more twitchy with gym exercises
