I wonder when they're going to introduce the other birthright effects for the rest of the characters that need it, and what they're going to be. Hope they're fun, almost all the birthright effects atm are quite nice.
Here is a fun broken synergy! When Tainted Forgotten has Gnawed Leaf, it interacts in a strange way. Instead of the invincibility ending when the soul moves, it ends only when you attack. Meaning, if you get one orbital you can pick up the skeleton with the soul, and face plant into enemies with no consequence. You have complete invincibility unless you fire
Yeah that was bullshit, there's so many breaks you can do know, but hey they also introduced undodgeable damage rooms again so I guess that's the trade off
@@ianaigribman i prefer playing tainted lost and tainted jacob over J&E. it's so god damn frustrating having to deal with awful controls for them (why can't i have an option to have one follow the other like a friendly gazing globin does? you know, so i don't have to deal with the UNENDING FUCKING RAGE of having one get stuck on a rock or something every 3 seconds) plus having to focus on two health bars that aren't the same at the start, having to remember how to use a god damn item like a pill or card for one of them, but not the other, etc... all that and more makes it seem like edmund's brain shitfarted itself when he put them in instead of edith. i'd much rather play as an essentially immobile, high DPS teleporting turret, instead of what is essentially two out of sync hitboxes with below average health when playing a game that has multiple bullet hell sequences.

Recall's cooldown is 5 seconds, and its maxcharges is 3 seconds. -According to the Wiki (and also a file in Repentance's resources), Recall cooldown should be 5 seconds.- -In my test however, it was only 3- Therefore, having The Battery or 9 Volt is optional.
you should showcase gnawed leaf with tainted forgotten! The soul can move all he wants and even carry the forgotten around! As long as the forgotten doesn't attack, you're completely invulnerable! Combine with ANY orbital and you've got yourself a won run! Even familiars with low damage like bot fly (yes i beat Delirium with bot fly as my only damage don't @ me)

Reminds me of a run I had with Tainted Magdalene I had Sharp Plug and It Hurts, so I could use my Yum Heart indefinitely and thus activate It Hurts infinitely. Maximum fire rate is 120 tears per second btw xD

A bug that i foun: tainted Isaac + school bag + two active when you fully get all the pasive items that can have isaac and also two actives because of the schoolbag and you found a pedestal you can leave the schoolbag and the second active drops too but aalternating into two objets schoolbag and one more so you can do it unlimited times and force objects as rock bottom, brimstoom, god head.etc...
At first I thought "why in God's name would you want a slower recall?" Then I saw that tainted soul is Invincible while tainted forgotten is floating and i just went "I see now why you would want that"
Stitches and Mars are so fun as well with him. You can double tap to move the skeleton around with Mars (but not the soul), and you can swap around with Stitches. It carried me my Beast run
Got this combo from a d4 in greedier mode, was confused why recall was slow and couldnt figure out what item gave this effect. Figured a bit later that i was invincible while bony was levitating. Easy win after that.
Had a game where I had the teleporting little scarecrow. And the forgotten died. But the run didn't end. Instead I could use the scarecrow to move around

Edmund: oh no, it's way too OP. Let's remove Car battery synergy. And make the bones have hit box. And have the souls and bones have separate invincibility frame. And reduce invincibility frame to 0.01 second.
Post-upload note: Self-inflicted damage, like Blood rights, will not be negated by this invincibility as expected; Blood donation machine (and devil beggars of course), however, can be used for free. Note that you have to use the Soul to touch the blood machine. If the skeleton touches it, you will take damage as normal.
Does this still hold true? I just got birthright for the first time earlier today and took out five completion marks but never found car battery to test, but I know they did a bunch of bus and Nerfs since this video was put out over a year ago so just wondering. Thanks!
My favourite synergy for t forgotten is gnawed leaf + 120 volt This combo lets soul pick up the forgotten and electrocute enemies without getting hit (i used this combo to beat the beast for the first time)
I had gotten the binding of issac rebirth and afterbirth as a gift from my friend back in December and today i bought repentance+ afterbirth+ and i have a problem where my game crashes when i enter a room of some sort (only happens when playing repentance). Is there something i did wrong? What can i do to fix it?
Probably my favourite tanted forgotten syngergy is White Pony with them as it applies to the head and if u throw it during the spawining of the light beams it spawns a ton of them

but that is basically true for all other characters. Gnawed Leaf + an orbital is a won run on any character if you have the patience.

This a bug? Because I don't understand how using your active item twice would mean slowing down the speed that the body returns to you.
You can as Tainted Samson get the Blood Rights and by spam be unkillable, while you are berserk.
