    I am curious, what is your process for sharpening your plane irons?

      I have been asked that before. Maybe I will do a whole little video on it after the series is done. It's nothing crazy. I do it all by hand.

      Honestly I have no idea. I had never worked with it or heard of it till this project.

      the only Ironbark i can find is a type of Eucalyptus from down under@@JDanielGraham

      Ironbark in Australia is a VERY hard timber species
      Eucalyptus paniculate is the grey and E" drepanophylla is the red
      The fingerboard looks like the red
      the whole instrument looks beautiful.
