It was a widely available toy with quite a few sites selling it for good prices even Amazon JP had it, all for less than Tokucollectibles had it for and depending on the retailer you have the replacement part confirmed for you. I'm getting a second one free in November. I'll have a proper armed on for Tobaspino and Bragigas (that was one kf the errors besides the kyoryu blue mode having Gold's voicelines)
He doesn't have the memorial version. That was the standard version with the barrel painted over. You can tell by the latch he had to pull down in order to open up the blaster part of it. The memorial version doesn't have that part of it. And the memorial version is slightly bigger than that of the DX version.

There’s also a Memorial Edition Gaburicalubur with a full-length blade. It’s compatible with the Memorial Gaburevolver and it comes with the Zyudenchi for the Black and Green Rangers. The handle is still the same length as the DX version, but aside from that it’s really cool. By the way, the Memorial Edition toys have a hidden cover panel that can be removed to access the battery compartment and power switch. On the Gaburevolver, this panel is on the handle.
Fun fact: Yoshi Sudarso, the actor who played Koda or the Blue Dino charge ranger, played a cameo as a citizen attacked by a minion in Super Sentai Ninninger. Ironically, he was saved the the Blue Ninninger whom later was played by his brother in the American counterpart.

SHF figures arent necessarily meant for playing and more for displaying. They are usually marketed to older audiences thus the tiny pieces and also painted from top to bottom which gives it a more premium look/feel. The "tape" you mentioned is just a piece of plastic that usually prevents paint from accidentally transferring to another piece if they are left in contact for too long.

Not weird at all. I still own my Zord collection from Dino Charge, even added custom paint to make them look more screen accurate and to resemble the original Kyoryuger toys
been watching power rangers for years but refused to watch the new stuff, but Brennan outlook at story of how he came to be on Dino Charge actually made me want to watch the show. Now I love it. Thanks for the morphing memories
I’m here for this. I think we should acknowledge Sentai more and I love that the actors are doing that and in a way, they’re encouraging people to look into it
In Memorial edition, the switch is hidden by some kinda cover. Because Japanese prop doesn’t have any switch on surface. You’ve got to find a cover of the battery box.
Done your research, Brennan!!! With stock footage from Super Sentai, that's how we get to view beloved Power Ranger seasons and episodes!!! And the price difference between Bandai of Japan and Bandai of America will always be the model, the paint , batteries and accuracy of everything including action figures!!! You should be swinging back into action, dude, who knows whether you get a guest star role or starting role !!! Keep it coming, you are making every moment wild!!!!!
For the Memorial SH Figuarts (the one with the box art), they dubbed the release as Shinkocchou Seihou (shortened as SKC) which they modelled the figure based on the Japanese suit actor's actual figure and the actual design of the costume we saw on the screen. This SKC line is usually more expensive and sometimes falls under the Premium Bandai releases.
I'm glad it's being introduced overseas too! (I'm a Japanese fan who's been buying S.H.F for almost 15 years) 8:55 This is about Japan, but compared to other countries, the construction of houses and rooms is different, so the demand and genres are quite detailed That's why there are high-end action figures and commemorative toys for adults that are resized for photography. Something that is worth noting in regards to the comparison between the Hasbro and Bandai Japan figures is that the Hasbro ones are mass market releases that go for about $25 USD. Whereas the Japanese figures are specifically released as collectors items and will be much more expensive to acquire. Closer to $100, if not more after the fees to get it shipped to America.
Loving the frequency of videos!! I don't know if you're into it, but I'd love to see you do some ranking/tier type videos for Ranger content. If Dino Charge specifically, maybe zords...?
Saw this video on my recommended tab and decided to check it out. I thought it was just a regular toy review but then a few seconds in it clicked and I realized that YOU are the Dino Charge red ranger! Amazing! So many memories! :D
the memorial edition is a set that is meant to be more for adults is for modern shows and anniversaries so the size is close and in some cases 1/1 with the one in the tv show including the color sword and stuff are 300% the size of the DX toy in some cases has music, and a bunch of quote and voice lines from the show that is the 2 buttons one for BGM the other for voices they also hide the screws, so in order to put batteries in it you have to pop out the handle
I loved this video so much. As a Power Rangers content creator I really appreciated how you explained the relationship to Super Sentai so quickly and clearly. You do such a great job really showing all the aspects of each item in a kind and objective way. It doesn't feel like an actor from the show being forced to review the toys, but a genuine nerd giving a thorough review. You also have a nice camera and microphone (props, I'm jelly). Plus, since you're left handed, Tyler is canonically left handed. They show Tyler writing in his journal in episode 8: Double Ranger, Double Danger. As a lefty, I love to have a canon lefty Ranger.
Regarding the action figure, actually both the Japanese versions are Figuarts, only that the newer version isn't really a memorial edition but rather a sub line within the Figuarts series called "Shinkocchou Seihou" (literally means True Bone Carving) which mainly brings out the closest TV accuracy to the show as selling point of the toyline, by utilizing the body scanning technology to produce the figure in more accurate body proportion and details, looking more "human", which is something lacking in the older Figuarts. Yes, they do scanned the stunt actors (most of the time) prior making the figure, and of course by scanning I'm referring to Japanese counterpart stunt actors. Sometimes people feels that the Japanese action figures are thinner/slimmer/shorter, because it's literally how toy manufacturer interpret the body shape of Asian teenagers? You can say that Japanese figures are proportionally accurate to Japanese footage.
Japan has the better morphers, roleplay items and Zords, but America has the better action figures and general merchandise (like clothing and household items)
The Gaburevolver Memorial Edition should have a cover over the blaster's handle. Take that off and the power switch is underneath, as well as another cover to put batteries in. I think it uses Triple A batteries.

Dino Charge was an awesome series for power rangers. And kyoryuger is in my top 3 favorite sentais. Not many actors talk about both shows, not to mention still enjoy the props and toys they used in the show. This is why I love your channel.
12:15 those tapes are to prevent paint getting rubbed off/ against over parts/ joints in case those paints are not fully dried. It is also why when you open it the toy will have heavy paint smell. Sad that american toys manufacturer would never even put that much care on their toys.
...Dino Charge is almost 10 years old... I still remember waiting for episodes to drop on Netflix... Its awesome how much of a social media presence you have out here
This is a great concept for a video, and a great thumbnail in particular that's actually meaningful to me personally. Long story short, I love Dino Charge. I think it's one of the best (fairly) recent seasons, with a line of Zord toys (the primary thing I collect from PR) that is good enough to stand in for the Sentai figures (I bought exclusively the Sentai versions for Ninja Steel, Beast Morphers, and Cosmic Fury). Except for the role play toys. So I bought the Japanese counterparts of the morpher and the T-Rex Super Charge morpher because they don't feel way too small. Only bummer is that the chargers themselves are different sizes, so my zords and morphers can't cross play, but I'm using that as an excuse to save up and buy the Sentai zords as well down the line, because I like the Kyoryuger designs so much that I don't mind having them twice. I'm even considering dipping into that toyline for that one Korean spin-off of Kyoryuger (Brave something?), but that's a significant financial commitment.
You are very smart with your Figuarts... I popped off a leg on the Shinken (Samurai) Red figure accidentally when I got it... which is why I prefer to display the Super version. 😅
Wow these power rangers products like amazing wish I had one but I was lucky enough to get a Dino charger action figure and costume from the movie you rock Brennan keep up the amazing work as always
For the Memorial Edition Gaburivolver, the switch is hidden in the handle! One of the sides detaches to reveal it. All done to maintain prop accuracy which is the common theme for the more expensive premium Japanese releases. As for the music, the original Japanese does have the standby music with the transformation, but the Memorial also has the theme and several OST tracks built in. It also features tons of voice lines from all 11 rangers in Kyoryuger, voiced transformations for each of them, and backwards compatibility with all original 23 Zyudenchi. Really recommend checking out a demonstration vid of it because there's so much packed into it in terms of modes, voice lines, actions you can perform, etc.
For memorial edition the batter and on and off switch is hidden in the handle. I love the memorial edition items it's always looks like you got it off set along with phrases and music from the show.
fun fact about the memorial edition the dino charge (Zyudenchi) it comes with are dx version of the original toy which means all the old dx dino charges can work with the memorial edition too! I also think it plays the opening theme of Kyoryuger too There is a memorial edtion of the sword coming soon too along with the Gabutvolver and King Gaburicalibur from the King-Ohger movie
I'm curious what a future morpher/morphing sequence would look like. The Dial H for Hero comic had a phone booth/phone dialer idea.A scroll rolling down could be great. Kamen Rider had driver belts.I would love a cassette tape walkmen morpher.
Even though the Hasbro Lightning ones are more collector-oriented, I figure Hasbro keeps in mind that kids would still likely play with them, hence the sturdiness. Whereas the Figuarts ones are pretty much strictly meant to be artistic display pieces and stand pretty on a shelf. I don't collect Power Rangers or Super Sentai stuff anymore, but if I did, I'd shoot for the Hasbro one because I feel like if I got the Figuarts one, I'd be *deathly* afraid to lose the rice grain-sized Dino Charger. I do own some high-end Japanese figures like Figuarts, figma, etc. but I'm super careful with them on the rare occasion they leave the box or my shelf. I once saw a video of a Japanese toy reviewer and Super Sentai fan reviewing the Hasbro Lightning figures. He was pretty impressed that they were solid while being more affordable than Figuarts.
I had no idea that you actually got the memorial edition Gaburevolver. I only have the original DX giga Gaburevolver. It’s kind of interesting that the Titano Charge Morpher had Alistair Baldwin‘s voice (R.I.P) and the Dino charge Morpher didn’t have Campbell Cooley‘s voice. It just had a sound-alike. Fun fact: the guy who does the narrations for Kyoryuger, and also played Dr. Ulshade, the Japanese version of Albert Smith, actually voiced beast wars, Megatron in the Japanese dub of beast, wars transformers.
Biggest surprise was that you actually managed to get the Memorial edition. Don't see that level of dedication to the series as much with PR actors.

The batteries for the memorial edition of the gaburevolver is actually in the handle so you have to take out the shell of the handle to put in the batteries (I was kinda sad u couldn’t hear the sounds cuz it’s so cool)
now we wait for brennan's reaction to both Super sentai theme from the past to present as well as the rollcall
The anniversary editions are totally awesome! Highly detailed in every aspect is a major plus.
Dino Charge was an awesome series for power rangers. And kyoryuger is in my top 3 favorite sentais. Not many actors talk about both shows, not to mention still enjoy the props and toys they used in the show. This is why I love your channel.
Props to you for doing this and also acknowledging the Super Sentai as well.
Awesome video. Hope to see another episode where you get the Memorial version to work and play with it
12:15 those tapes are to prevent paint getting rubbed off/ against over parts/ joints in case those paints are not fully dried. It is also why when you open it the toy will have heavy paint smell. Sad that american toys manufacturer would never even put that much care on their toys.
I can't believe the actor himself is doing this. Aside from this, he shows that Japan is more diligent with stuff.
This is a good video idea ngl
Hey man! I remember watching power rangers dino charge when i was a kid! And you where there! :D
0:40 “it’s morphin time” 😄🥺
they look good already
...Dino Charge is almost 10 years old... I still remember waiting for episodes to drop on Netflix...
Its awesome how much of a social media presence you have out here
Brennan making video makes me happy since this is just my entire childhood and i loved power ranger dino charge it makes me emotional😢😢😊😊❤❤
Weird fact about the Japanese version of Dino charge. The kamen rider that crossovered with them was the magic themed, kamen rider wizard.
I like that you are the youtuber ranger, I always liked you as a power ranger, thanks for being my childhood
omg You made my childhood, Thank you for all your effort 😁 Btw hello from Brazil
Love the way you explain to them about SS, looking to meet you at PMC.... Go Go Go !!!
I prefer the Japanese
And I got a question where does the name Mejia come from.
My last name Ezeh comes from an African Country named Nigeria.
Ngl i can definitely recommend King-ogher/King sentai for anyone who likes Power Rangers.
King-ogher and Lupingrangers
It was originally in japan called Jyuden Sentai Kyouryuuger quite popular. Gaburevolver and Jyuden Batteries was sold beck there.
Hi just wanted to let you know that you were my first and my favorite power rangers as a kid keep it up
Dude you carried my chil hood thank you bro I always loved power rangers and it all started because of you
I grew up in the early 2010s so you got me into power rangers with Dino charge and it sequel since i grew up around 2014 /2015 so thank you
Brennan you are a good representation for the fandom and amazing Red Ranger a lot of kids get to look up to. Hope this channel grows well!
No inventes, no pense que un actor de las últimas temporadas de Power Rangers se hiziera unboxin a su propia figura XD.
Esto es simplemente épico 👍
You can also just carry that American one like you just put the Dino charger in close it not do the spin but just carry it up and then
Seeing you reacting to the toys of your Sentai counterpart is like a sweet treat.
For memorial edition the batter and on and off switch is hidden in the handle. I love the memorial edition items it's always looks like you got it off set along with phrases and music from the show.
This was dope. I appreciate the video man.
I love how he's able to switch into character so easily.
I love power rangers toys ❤❤❤ forever BRENNANNNNNN ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
fun fact about the memorial edition the dino charge (Zyudenchi) it comes with are dx version of the original toy which means all the old dx dino charges can work with the memorial edition too! I also think it plays the opening theme of Kyoryuger too
There is a memorial edtion of the sword coming soon too along with the Gabutvolver and King Gaburicalibur from the King-Ohger movie
refreshing to see the actor invested in the series they're into.. noice..
I love videos like these that show power rangers and super sentai is the same franchise.
This is such an awesome video.? Wish I had the prop version of the Dino charge Morpher just like the same one in Dino charge.
