To combine the Thunderstorm Cannon, first you need the Crimson Blaster. Turn the blades of the Stag Claw inside out and attach it under the barrel of the Crimson Blaster like a bayonet, then attach the Crimson Blaster to the Hawk Blaster at the front of the Storm Cannon. Job done.
