- Camera glass of samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g that I bought last year was broken. I tried to approach samsung galaxy service team in Japan; but, didnt get support because I had not bought the phone in Japan. I bought it online; probably got it shipped from Hong-kong. Then I contacted the online shop support and they gave an estimate of 2~3万円 which is close to 20,000 Rs, a little expensive. Then I found below Vimour 2 Pieces OEM Rear Camera Glass Lens Replacement for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with Pre-Installed Adhesive and Repair Toolkit.

I referred some videos in internet and made a fair idea about using the repair toolkit, in advance. Though the demonstrations were so easy-looking, real experience was really difficult. But when you consider the amount of money saved, that hard work and risk was well worth. Result - samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g camera glass replacement done for less than 1,000 Rs and with 2 hours.
Downside and risks - you stand a chance to permanently damage the camera module; there are chances of injury with the toolkit; and even after replacement, camera glass may come off in the next fall; moisture may sneak into the camera module and damage the same, if the sealing is not restored with the new camera glass.
