Seems there's been a few upgrades since the old 69 days.

I see you are using the UFlyMike and Bose QC headphone. I'm considering buy them but have a question. What happens if the QC's battery dies? Do you just lose noise cancelling? Or are you not able to use the headphone at all? Also can you charge and use the headphone at the same time?

I really like them. Yes if it dies, you just lose noise cancelling. But I use them on 8 hours flights often. I have never charged them at the same time, but I have taken them off and charged while I use the speaker. Say I fly 8 hours and use as my headset, but then I land and have an airline home for 5 hours…I’ll charge them in the plane. Such a great purchase!

@@thecaptaincurt_ Thank you for the reply. I use the QC15 plus UFlyMike. The QC15 uses AA batteries so I never had to worry about draining batteries completely in flight but am thinking about upgrading to the QC35, which I already have so I asked. Many pilots recommend the A20 or 30 but for me, QC series are way better. Lighter, less clamping, and cheaper. The only complaint I have is their ear cups degrade and have to replace them every few years.

@@tomdylan1010 oh yeah. I used those in the past as well. The ear cups on all models go bad after a few years in the them. I replace them on my A20 often as well. I like the QC35 better, especially bc they are lighter and I can use them on the airlines watching movies etc.
