Fishing for Bronze Bream in the Southern Cape How to {CATCH, CLEAN, COOK}

This time we went to Koensrust in the Blombos Conservancy to hunt some Southern Cape Species. My first throw there will always be a prawn or crayfish bait(from a sustainable source) targeting Bronze Bream. The nice thing about the bait is that it is extremely versatile and I have caught White Musselcracker, Poenskop, Yellowbelly Rockod, Bronze Bream, Santer and many more on the same bait. We were fortunate to catch a couple of Bronze Bream on our 2nd cast and quickly caught 5 Bream of which 2 was very big measuring 51cm and 54cm. I then film Morne and Adriaan while they catch some more fish. We finish the video back in Kleinmond where Morne and myself show you 2 recipes to cook this beautiful Bronze Bream.
