GUYS it's ok. he's integrated into the game with cards, menus and interactive screens and stories. unless the game takes a turn toward a ddlc path and becomes more 5d than a game focused around gacha cards and dating, there's a pretty good chance he'll be cured as it wouldn't make sense to kill off a character that already has cards with stories you can interact with -- unless the entire interfaced is swapped ddlc style, thus turning all of the cards to "memories" or something to that effect.

Gonna be honest, I like the yellow color. It suits him better than an orange would. Even though his story is pretty sad, and he's learned to be serious, he's upbeat and happy. So I think yellow is a fitting color for him.
