I legit do this with this one other guy at my local yugioh shop. We get a kick out of it during tournaments.
I love that this is basically turning into a Yu-Gi-Oh style of story. Can't wait to see who the boys encounter next! Maybe they can play on motorbikes!

I LOVE how this is getting expanded into its own storyline. There's something weirdly wholesome about the boys going on a quest to save their friends, helps cure the political fatigue of the real world a bit.

I honestly expected Chuck to whip out a jund deck, but playing Nemesis is just as good. Reminds me of a game I played a few weeks ago. My 4 person commander pod ended up becoming a makeshift nemesis of 3 of us vs an artifact scarecrow deck....we still lost

Let me just say, I love the direction you’re taking this series. I just really love the idea that these characters exist in a world sort of like the Yu-Gi-Oh anime, where all conflict is resolved via one specific card game.
Archenemy is a cool format to try out, i cant wait to see more. And then halfway through this series there will be a weird dice arc that everyone will try to forget about lol

This is fucking gold. Im very invested now! The flavor of the cards match perfectly with each characters personality! Their lines and everything the banter, its all perfect! I like how Chuck was truly a boss fight, and you even played a format to match that perfectly! You gave him the best possible plays and it truly felt like a menacing boss fight in an anime arc or rpg game. It was extremely well executed! PLEASE keep this up! Much Love!
