I think that's mostly a youtuber thing, renovating the same apartment over and over. I renovate and then play there so not likely I'm gonna demolish and build again. I personally like all of the San Myshuno ones, because I do different things with them. For example, the tall wall height one with big glass windows I made for a superhero that can fly so they need the vertical space. One of the big sprawling ones I made into housing for a pack of werewolves who moved to the city so it's nice and cluttered and there's a lot of them living there. The one that's on 3 floors I made into an fancy office building for a vampire buisness man. And so on. I renovated all of the San Myshuno ones except for 2 and only because I haven't yet found the perfect family and perfect story to fit there.
My best advice is - Decide what you’d like your first video to be. Plan it out. Go into it knowing that your very first video likely won’t be “that good”, and that you’ll learn and get better over time with editing etc. Relax and be yourself! ❤️❤️

I usually go for the apartments in the spice district the most, can't really pick a favorite among them tho.
The spice district apartments are my favorites to build in! I like the Culpeper apartments because I have different vibes at different times.
