Besides, I don't usually use the pity mechanism to get stuff, I only used it once to get my favorite character, Natsuhiko. The chances of me wanting another exclusive item by then will be pretty low.

How do you get this Riichi BGM? I absolutely love it but can't find anything on it.
Unfortunately, this was a limited time riichi music for Japanese new year, I’m pretty sure, so it’s unattainable now.
