식품산업의 미래를 제시하는 국내 최대 식품전시회 서울푸드 2024가 고양시 킨텍스에서 열렸습니다.
이번 행사에는 역대 최대 규모인 전 세계 52 개국, 1605개사 참가, 2969개 부스가 참여해 건강 열풍인 헬스 크레이저 트렌드 ( Health Crazer Trend ) 에 따른 저당과 대체육 글로벌 시장에서 인기를 얻고 있는 한식 등 다양한 미래 식품산업의 키워드를 제시했습니다.
해외 바이어 수출상담회를 통해서 글로벌 해외 바이어 초청을 통한 참가기업 수출기회를 제공하였습니다.
Seoul Food 2024, Korea's largest food exhibition presenting the future of the food industry, was held at KINTEX in Goyang-si.
At this event, which is the largest event ever, 1,605 companies from 52 countries around the world and 2,969 booths participated, showing off various future foods such as Korean food, which is gaining popularity in the global market for low-sugar and alternative meat following the Health Crazer Trend, a health craze. Keywords for the industry were presented.
