  • Welcome to part 2 of our video series with team Reel Synergy on their brand new Contender 44ST. In part 1, we highlight the build process of owner Ryan Davis' new boat all the way through its completion just before Operation Sailfish in January where they broke it in right with a top 10 finish, a daily win and $85,000 in winnings. Join us in this video as we ride along for a day of fishing to hang with the crew, chase sailfish, mahi and whatever else finds our bait, and most importantly...put the new 44ST to the test where it counts - on the water! And make sure you stay tuned for a fun surprise!!

Thanks for subscribing! Are you familiar with a rigging needle? If so, they use a small rubber band that you can purchase in most tackle shops and the rubber band is placed over the open end of the needle and then the rubber band is placed over the point of the hook. The needle is then threaded through the back of the bait in front of the dorsal fin to pull the rubber band through the back. Once the rubber band passes through the bait you pull the loop of the band back over the hook and remove the needle. The hook is then twisted three to four times and the hook is run under the twists you made to attach it securely to the hook. We will do a quick tips video with a close up view to demonstrate for you! Thanks!
