Hongera to the Mcharo’s and the whole team. Keep up building Kenya. Great story
Hujambo Boss aka Msanii wa nyumba (architect).
Very proud of my former classmate in secondary school Arc L Mcharo.
The integrity you learned from Mr GW Griffin should guide you to not only respect investors money but respect yourself too to deliver on promises. I have no doubt you continue to excell
From someone who worked as an architect in Mcharo's earlier company (Morphosis Ltd), the man is a hugely brilliant head! Impressively inspiring and great in effort.
👍👌🇰🇪 - What a Story to tell. At least the Couple DELIVERED. Not like Some other Companies that take the Money $$$ and Run Away.👏👏👏✔ 🇨🇦☻🇰🇪
Nice deal I would like to invest with you...... anybody to clarify me about Tsavo?
I like the way that man is staring at his wife's face as she's talking at the beginning of this video from 0:30 onwards.
We are concentrating on investment plan but you have decided to focus on the stare😂😂😂😂.
The prices of real estate continue to be high. To have a better perspective of this compare these prices with properties in South Africa 🇿🇦 for the same price.
Big up Tsavo.
That's Awesome job you are doing.
Wow.....i think i got an investment plan now
i invested with them ...bado iko under construction ...if the deal goes through bila nux ...i will put more money inn...1st rule of shopping especially in kenya ,,,buyer be ware
Offplan bado ni plan👍🏽
This is really nice very favorable for young people next project count me in hope it's gonna have a little bit more spacious
Soli Deo Gloria
When will they come to valley arcade or kilimani or lavington
They mention the 1Br apartment being 300sq feet. It would in prudent to visit a property that is similar in size and have a visual and feel of the size.
300 square feet is 27.8709 square meters, the square root of 27.8709 is 5.2793. This means that the entire floor space of the 1BR apartment (the kitchen area, the loo, the shower cubical, the bedroom, the cupboards, the doors swing area) would be equivalent to a room of 5.2793 meters by 5.2793 meters.
Well, the developers website provided here is not functional as of this writing. The server cannot be contacted.
It's a really good idea but I think it's still a young company. Off plan bado ni plan.
@Anyiti Nanyama - 👍👌Whether it is a Young Company or Not at least they are Delivering and not CONNING KENYANS.🇰🇪✔
@@alonsobrazzel3011 we really have to be cautious. It's not guaranteed.
@@BerylWalubengoAnyitiNanyama i bout from Tsavo and its way easier to buy from them especially from an off plan than when completely done cause you can determine your payment plan
Is real estate the only thing people in this country think about?
We need more people into manufacturing.
Why can't you bring your ideas?
Yes and you should too.
It is the only other business which the government will not push you out of with high taxes. Just try manufacturing utajua hujui....
@@GibsonGachago The guys doing manufacturing wana survive aje? I tend to think most persons perceive it as a foreign thing. We are afraid to build sufficient capacity within ourselves. Until we step out of our comfort zone then we can't industrialize as we would wish. The more we step into the murky waters then more we discover how to pull ourselves out. The more manufacturers we have the more government works to incentivize the industry.
Studio, 1.9million...kenya mimi nahama...wacha niende atakama ni somalia
what do you mean?
1.9 millions are peanuts for some of us!
@@kentosh120 doesn't matter how rich you're, 1.9m is too much for a studio, it's called over pricing 🙏🏾
Chinese are selling a very spacious and modern 3bdr flat at 2.9M this the lowest price ever in Africa.
@@e.jack.47 where in Africa? You cannot buy a toilet in Nairobi with that amount.
