@@sherylsiana2252 Exactly, And that's why I found Miku's tone a little strange when I started listening to her again (probably because of years of listening to metal and rock with a more aggressive tone), but it soon passed after I started listening to her old songs again and opened myself up to listening to her newer songs, which are very good by the way.
Although this is the original 2009 supercell version, something seems off about it. Like miku sounds more robotic than usual, you can hear most of the string instruments (example would be the electric guitar) the record scratching is a bit loud, and the megaphone is used a bit often. Although it's a great version, i like the original version from 2008 more.
I don't think it's robotic per se, but the tuning sounds pretty amateur. But that's what I love about this. It sounds like raw manual tuning using the old vocaloid program and isn't overlayed with effects to hide all the vocal imperfections many other artists like to use
I think it's the best Miku's song with Black Rock Shooter. Sorry I'm French. Edit: I came back to this comment 6 years later and I indeed didn't know how to speak English lol
It's mostly because now, vocaloid songs (for the most part) are about money and fame. Back then, it was niche and just about nerds having fun. Of course there still are genuine creators, but for a majority it's all about views now...
Miku turned on "Linkin Park mode"
fr
and i.love it
i found this song form a mashup from somewhere i belong with this song
this is like the highest quality audio of all the reprints
Why do metal fans always need to announce they are metal fans before liking a non-metal song??
its like saying no homo
Otherwise we wouldn’t know that they were metal fans
@@hollychop6605 exactly
Because their fellow metal fans will eat them for showing weakness.
@@hollychop6605not really
I came back here after years to listen to this song.
*Absolute banger*
Same. It's a ritual at this point

@@peachparee7647it's not amateur tuning. Her voice is supposed to sound strained in this song.
May not be the metal version, but hell with it. This is a damn good song.

Is there a version of this song where someone used the 'growl' feature? Like Kyaami's Fairytale, cover with VY1?
