I have but one explanation for Miku´s being and furthermore fame, Its mere existance is far more Human than some canadian kid with a childish voice and that many people hate, Even this being an artificial voice made up from a japanese voice actress, even being something without substance stored inside a computer, can transmit more feeling on every single made by the title of HATSUNE MIKU - (Or simply ANY VOCALOID) Its more human because anybody can use her, or at least that´s what i think :D

Most popular songs nowadays are just catchy and sound nice, but their lyrics are crap. In my honest opinion, j-pop/j-rock > k-pop+american pop.
