FILLING
• ¼ cup dried mung beans
• 5 cups water
• ¼ cup brown sugar
DOUGH
• 160ml water
• ½ cup white sugar
• 2 cups glutinous rice flour, divided
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• ½ cup sesame seed
EDIBLE GLUE
• ½ cup glutinous rice flour
• ½ cup water (not hot)
FOR FRYING
• 7 cups vegetable oil(1.5 L)
