Hakita tried to use the model we just saw as filth, however it didnt really work out and had that model as some kind of preview model, which he just took advantage and added as a cerberus.
Yes, it was a filth before, and no, it wasn't the funny floating rock.

iirc technically, you can heal off of corpses in the current build?
you can gib corpses to produce a small splash of blood, if they weren't already gibbed, but you can't do this repeatedly
