Just saw these guys a few hours ago in Nashville with Deftones. I knew this band was "special", but I'm still blown away. Beyond words describes what I saw. And their rhythm section was flawless. Welcome to my all time favorite bands list Gojira. ✌🧡🐓
They have catchy rhytmical sections and they were born to be a live band I guess.. Their music is better enjoyed live and they succeeded in delivering this quality. It is not something at hand
Saw them in Syracuse NY 3 days ago and I'm still blown away by their performance. I knew they were good live, but experiencing it for myself, live from the pit, maybe 15 feet away from Joe, was absolutely surreal. I'll never forget it. I've been to some great shows, but no one brings it like Gojira.

First Gojira album so here’s my take. Instrumentals are incredibly good, the vocals are the part I have to adjust to. I appreciate how I can understand what’s being said most of the time. Definitely a good album, I’ve heard their other work isn’t as “Whale Metal.”
