blake mills is one of my recent infatuations but you can't not notice the drummer man, that dude understands what mills is putting and is 100 percent supporting with all his musical ability. beautiful performance
Absolutely brilliant, Blake!!! Gourgeous sound and video. Love the new versions . Ry would be proud of you. He is still the master in the background...
Oh man. Just too damn good haha. I had the pure pleasure of seeing the full group w Jessica Hoop and Gold Coast Sinking was an out of body experience, sincerely
I never comment on stuff but this is simply brilliant songwriting and playing. I love how rhythmic Blake's playing is and how it fills everything out. Have listened to this several times and keep coming back. Thanks for putting this up. I have bought all this music on L.P. and it's a continuous inspiration. Looking forward to getting the new collaboration with Pino.
It’s very unique. Kinda wished he had more electric in it but loved the feel. Hope he does a rock album in the future again. The man can write a killer song.
@@michaelhanley9966 haha yes TAKE SEVEN! It's so tasty. He did a similar intro at this performance: ruclips.net/video/cX-07l-GNA0/видео.html I love it!
not sure why this kid and Almans kid aren't touring the world doing their fathers work, TOTALLY legit if not mandatory, this isn't like plagiarism or anything else, the father hands down his skills, his trade to his son, the son builds houses for his generation.. its totally legit and would be such a gift to all the fans of the day, and all new fans, and bouy would their father be ecstatic, its way to pay tribute to not only being musicians of the band but as their fathers, the gift from the child to his father, nothing compliments and makes a father prouder than to pick up the hammer where the father left off and carry on for a while.. the music wont die either way,may as well shine some of that Allman/Betts light on it.. make that scratch while you're at it, maybea mix? allman bro covers for a half the show? originals the other half? not sure why but I get a feeling these kids can play their fathers music like no other.. what a gift.. lets do this!

Matthew Perry on bass and The Dude on drums. Really pulls the room together.
crazy how only like those 13 people or so are watching. he is the best living guitar player.
So true!!
Right you are ken
He is even better then all the dead ones in my opinion
@@chingfring001 agreed 100p. Check out the new Jack jackson video with Blake
I just love how the drummer is in awe of his band mate Blake. He knows he’s playing with one of the best musicians right there
To be fair, I think that guy is in awe of life. There's something to be learned from his disposition :)
Hes also the happiest man in the world

Bring back this band!
Blake is so low key and humble. If only the audience knew he was producing the Shake’s album.
blake mills - what a great concert!.. and the drummer is THE dude..
Yeah, totally. The Big L. is a cheerful drummer.
How does this not have a billion views?

Yeah!...there is a guy named Dave King who plays with Julian Lage...same sort of intuitive drumming
He's an actual magician with 6 strings. Other dudes can shred harder, but no one else has this voice. And... he can fuckin shred.
holy fuck I didn't know blake could shred that hard
Tighter than two coats of paint, what a performance
I love that low tone Mills puts underneath When I Paint My Masterpiece...fantastic
So damn amazing. And also, this my new favourite drummer! He's having a blast!
Thank goodness for those technical difficulties, that finale improv jam was my favorite!

Chaotic, uncertain, restless ... defines the music of our times! 'Mutable Set' one of the albums of 2020?
Yep

I saw this tour and it was mind blowing. More!!
ridiculous. just spectacular.
I'm really enjoying this a lot.
I think the show is shot and cut very well! The camera follows the right people at the right time and the mix isn't half bad either! Good job dude!
Love his guitar playing!!
This is good for my ears. Thank you.
so coooool i love it
