Agreed. Top-3 material for me, besides 'Jason' and 'Kids (reprise)'. Whenever the chorus starts I automatically turn up the volume and start singing along with a big smile on my face; this is an insane anthem and probably the retrowave song of the year.

This is my favorite song out of the whole album! When they say “I’m ready to live my life again” it really hits me because I’m getting a tonsillectomy on Tuesday the 13th after years of complications and haven’t been able to work or finish my college degree. When I get out of surgery I’m playing this song!! Thank you The Midnight for being the best band ever 😍❤️

I went down a retro wave wormhole some years ago. I came out with the midnight tight in my clutches. I refuse to let go! Props on the album guys , kicks ass, best in the business as far as I'm concerned
I don’t think anyone was ready for how fucking good this song is.
When the first couple of singles came out, I wasn't sure how I was going to feel. But once Golden gate started playing and after Energy Never Dies, It Just Transforms ended, I realised that this was aspecial album just like Monsters and the previous records. Absolutely fantastic!

I can't say I have completely one favorite of all of the songs you have created cause every one haves it's special touch. I'm really happy I found your music. I love this album a lot has the other ones. Hate that I just can listen to you in the phone or the PC and not in a concert, but really I'm so glad you exist. Yesterday I was hearing dance with somebody and a humminbird just appeared , I was singing and it didn't gone away, I think he or she just feel the good vibes of the midnight.

I always love the 80s Americana but this song hits a little closer to home. In the UK, we've been having our own share of troubles for some time so it's easy to identify with this one. Love from one Red, White and Blue nation to another.

Just listened to the whole album. Every song is just the best, definitely my favourite album
It’s comments like these that are pissing me off lol everything that was great about The Midnight is missing from this snoozefest of an album. No synthwave, no sax and just all elevator love song music. Only songs I like are Aerostar and Avalanche and even those are becoming forgettable
@@jimarchambault8262 You are looking at it from your own point of view. This album is just as good as Monsters. I agree not every song is a banger but as an album it is better than Monsters and Kids. This album is about growth, empathy, and the love for every experience that one witnesses in their own lifetime. The themes in Heroes transpire better than Monsters and Kids. I love “Deep Blue”my personal favorite song from “The Midnight but this album is easier to relate to since I’m now 25. 80s music is different than the 70s but is more upbeat than the decade of the 1970s. Overall man everything is subjective. You might not like the new album but I appreciate the diversity “The Midnight” brings from all their work
