I've heard Kitra say so many times "I don't know why I'm so excited for x" but I think its because we're all desperate to connect with the touchstones of our inner happy places. We heard some complaints from other people at the festival but we honestly didn’t experience much bad. The longest we waited for food was ten minutes. I know this wasn’t most people’s experience tho
It 100% isn't sad how happy it makes you to see Pluto and Daisy. Not at all! It is so heartwarming! They are a symbol of joy and wonder, and I love that no matter how old you are, you never loose it! When I first met Mickey I was 33 and in that moment I stepped back into the mind of a child, which was so overwhelming but in the best possible way. My childhood dream was coming true!
The nostalgia of being back in DCA was felt throughout this video! I’m glad you both had an amazing time at the event! DCA looks so beautiful lit up at night. The character interactions, the food, the atmosphere, the nostalgia, definitely looked worth it! Can’t wait for Disneyland to reopen again 🙌🏼🏰

Loved this video! Brings back so many memories for me, our last ‘pre children’ holiday was in 2010 and we stayed for 2 weeks at the Disneyland Hotel. Pixar play parade, World of Color, Bugs land 🥲, Paradise pier! The new DCA entrance was all sketches. Can’t wait to go back once all this COVID mess passes! Thanks Kitra and Peter!
@@OrdinaryAdventures We were going to WDW last Easter, everything was booked and paid for. The week before we were flying out the US closed their borders because of COVID :( All re-booked for Easter 2022 now :)

Wow! I'm actually shocked Disney is allowing people to see scaffolding and other bits of construction out in the open. They always try to minimize visitors from seeing the behind the scenes repair stuff in order to keep the Disney magic illusion going. What a cool, surreal experience! (Side note, you two are kicking butt on your health journey outside of filming. You both look so good! Congrats!

Awww love this! I was there the same day, but sadly I didn’t have a very good experience as this event wasn’t very accessible at all & they even ran out of wheelchair rentals from the parking area. Being single I didn’t have anyone to push me anyhow, but it would’ve been nice if they had made it known they wouldn’t have EVC rentals. It’s fun watching tho! Hope to run into you two some day, but til then I am always loving the content! P.S. Is it just me or have you both been glowing since Hawaii?!
